The best sushi making experience - You can experience making high-level sushi! You can make your own sushi plate using rice, seaweed, and fresh ingredients that go well with sushi. The instructions are very easy to understand, so even beginners can feel at ease.

Fantastic sushi making family experience - Absolutely fantastic experience. Found a new deep appreciation for the art of edo Mae sushi! Akemi radiates passion in her teaching. Many laughs were shared amongst my family ❤️ highly recommend for an intimate experience in Japanese culture. Very foreign friendly as Dan was there to help support translation.

First sushi class - Thank you very much for today. Akemi is very particular about everything in her lesson, so the sushi that I have been eating for years seemed different and special. She is very fussy about not only the fresh fish used on the sushi, but also the rice, the vinegar, the soy sauce, and the seaweed. She even taught us how to each sushi properly. It was a difficult, but it was a very enjoyable time.

wonderful experience 🤩 - All of the sushi was delicious; especially the tuna procured directly from Tsukiji: It just melts in your mouth 😭💕 I learned a lot about sushi, so it was a great experience. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and I could feel how much effort Akemi puts into everything she does. Akemi is very kind, and her teaching style is easy to understand. I enjoyed everything about the lesson, including the various kinds of sushi, the Japanese tea, and the dessert. This lesson was lots of fun! Thank you very much. 😭✨

My first SUSHI class 🍣 - I learned a lot of history and trivia about Edomae Sushi, as well as how to eat sushi, and proper etiquette. I graduated from university this year and have started working for a company, so I am very happy to know sushi etiquette when I go to eat sushi at a restaurant! I received support from the owner, Akemi, and her assistant, Dan, who worked as a team. Because they have the lesson in their home, it’s very relaxed, and easy to concentrate, so it was lots of fun. I plan to recommend the lesson to my friends.

Sushi by using 🍣 - The sushi ingredients were delicious and the teaching method was very careful, which was a very valuable experience. They not only taught me how to make sushi, but they also taught me about the history of 'sushi' and interesting trivia, so I enjoyed making it. I highly recommend it because you can make it and eat it straight away!

10/10 The most fun I’ve ever had making lunch with my buddies! - Akemi & Dan were absolutely awesome! Chilling in their home and learning how to make sushi was so chill, especially on a hot summer day when we didn’t feel like being outside. Plenty of food to eat too. The fish quality itself was surprisingly good too. Akemi did most of the sushi teaching and lessons, Dan was a great English-speaking interpreter too! Akemi’s English is solid too, and their chemistry is sweet. The most fun I’ve ever had making lunch with my buddies! 10/10 would recommend to friend groups and families
