Fun and friendly - The Arrábida SUP team were very responsive and organised a great tour for us six people. They picked us up with a boat in Setúbal and we had a nice transfer to and from the Arrábida beach were we started our SUP tour. Staff was very friendly and helpful & gave us recommendations for a great lunch at the fantastic ‘O Farol’. When we were ready the boat took us back upon request. We will for sure be back! Many thanks.

Best experience - Beautiful landscapes, crystal clear water and very friendly guides. We felt very welcomed and entertained. The guide is amazing; very friendly, knowledgeable, very patient and professional at what he does. At first, I was a little nervous as my SUP skills were not advanced; Under Anton's guidance and patience, all participants completed the tour with enthusiasm and lots and lots of fun! Let's go back again. And I highly recommend it.

Simply Wow! - What an amazing experience. Natasha Tiago & Ricardo were extremely professional and friendly. They had us all up immediately. They took us on a wonderful tour of the beaches and we even went to little sand island. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We will definitely be back!

Amazing experience on our first attempt at Stand Up Paddle - We had a great time on our first attempt at Stand Up Paddle! We got lost getting there because some roads were blocked, but we contacted the company and were never rushed. Our teacher Natacha greeted us with a smile in spite of our late arrival (1h!). We were taught the basics and from then on it was a "feet on" the board and slide away into the ocean. We explored some nooks and crannies, and a tiny beach where we stopped for a swim. Noteworthy was Natacha's patience and friendliness. The setting was gorgeous, with the Arrabida mountains as a backdrop to the activity. I was so very glad to have found their company online and to have booked the tour with them. We will certainly come back!

Perfect learning & tour experience - It was a fantastic experience! They combine tour and learning - so you get to know some good and technically correct moves while enjoying your tour in safety! Also the weather was a bit windy - our instructor was always attentive and giving adivices regarding the best directions of movement and I was feeling safe all the time. I definitely want to be back!
