We are a SUP School certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and ASUPP Stand Up Paddle Association of Portugal. All of our coaches have a Professional Certificate (IPDJ)

Fantastic lesson! Highly recommend - Fantastic morning of instruction and fun paddle boarding! Natasha is a great teacher and got us up on our boards in no time learning the techniques , while Tiago took some great pictures for a keepsake of the day. Paddle around some of the most gorgeous beaches you've ever seen!

Five stars experience! - My very first experience on SUP was guided by an amazing couple, Natasha & Taigo, the owners of Arrábida SUP. They are very professional, kind, patience and most of all they have a genuine love for nature! Five stars experience!! Highly recomended for those looking for new experiences.
