Excellent city tour - I had an excellent half day tour of Brasilia with Irma and her husband, who was driving the car. We visited all the main sights and Irma adjusted the tour to my interests. I learned a lot about the conception and construction of Brasilia and what it is like to live there. Especially if you don't have much time in Brasilia (I was only there for a day), I recommend this city tour.

Abrupt Cancellation Moments Before Pickup - We were informed 10mins before our scheduled pickup time that the tour operator had cancelled the tour for the day. Tour guide did suggest other operators to contact that might have been available. Ended up going with this option and found a different guide to go with. On the plus, we were fully reimbursed from Viator.

Deception & disappointment - This tour was simply a misrepresentation of the truth followed by lots of excuses. On the Viator website it is described as a tour lasting 7-8 hours: this tour lasted 2.5 hours from pickup to drop off. 15 minutes before departure, I received a message telling me “Your tour will be conducted in Portuguese but you can still go along to take photos or cancel. What do you want to do?” I had no choice nor time to decide otherwise and so I confirmed. I discovered the same thing happened to another couple. Finally, there were 4 of us on this tour: 3 English speakers and 1 Portuguese speaker. This tour booked through Viator cost 3 times more than the three hour tour the other couple purchased and yet we got the same tour! Needless to say Viator doesn’t vet very well their contractors.
