Mount Artanish, Sevan Lake
Lake Sevan - In the morning, following breakfast, the journey to Lake Sevan will commence. A coffee break is planned at the Tsovagyugh food court, located on the shores of Lake Sevan. After this stop, the trip will continue to the village of Artanish, leading to the slopes of Mt. Artanish.
Mount Artanish - The hike to the summit of Mount Artanish will begin. The peak offers a breathtaking view of the two sections of Sevan Lake, as Mt. Artanish is situated at the point where the lake divides. Lunch will be enjoyed at the summit.
Trail length: 7 km
Elevation gain: 600 m
Monastery Sevanavank - After reaching the summit, the descent to the vehicle will take place, followed by a drive to the Sevan Peninsula to visit the Sevan Monasteries. Participants will explore the Sevanavank monastery on the peninsula, dating back to the 9th century. The tour includes visits to Sevan Island and the Sevan Peninsula, home to the renowned 9th-century Sevanavank monastery and the Vazgenyan Theological Seminary. Dinner will be at Tsovagyugh, featuring the famous and delicious Ishkhan fish from Lake Sevan. The day concludes with a trip to Dilijan and an overnight stay there.
Dilijan - The Girl’s Fortress - Haghartsin - Yerevan
Dilijan - In the morning, after breakfast, the group will proceed to the starting point of the hike. The hike leads to the Girl’s Fortress, which is perched on high, inaccessible rocks and surrounded by pyramidal walls. The fortress walls and interior are constructed from basalt, which has a bluish hue. Lunch will be served at the top, followed by a return to the vehicle.

Elevation gain: 400 m
Haghartsin - Following the hike, the group will visit the Haghartsin Monastery Complex (10th-13th century). This site is a remarkable example of medieval Armenian architecture, featuring churches from various centuries. Dinner will be in Dilijan, and the day will conclude with a return to Yerevan.
