A Nostalgic Journey Above the Smokies

As a retired teacher with a penchant for road trips, I have always been drawn to the open road and the stories it holds. My husband and I have spent countless hours exploring the highways and byways of America in our trusty RV, but this time, we decided to take to the skies. Our destination was Sevierville, Tennessee, where we embarked on the Wears Valley Helicopter Tour—a breathtaking aerial adventure over the scenic Tennessee mountains.

The decision to book this tour was inspired by a desire to see the Smoky Mountains from a new perspective. Having spent my youth road-tripping across America, I have always been captivated by the beauty of our national parks.
