Memorable experience - Our tour guide was fun very knowledgeable and went over and beyond in explaining not just the details about the palace but the whole Spanish culture and history surrounding the building of the palace and era.

Incredible tour, a must-see, must-do! - The knowledge of our guide was impressive and she spoke to the group as a whole entertaining young and old! The tour was exceptional, the palace beyond beautiful and the gardens simply amazing.

Very nice tour. Peaceful and patient - Worth visiting. The tour guide really helps and makes it more magical. Not a fast tour or very flashy, but very good history. The Alcaraz is the best thing I saw

Fun - Great tour, informative and fun. We traveled with our adult son and daughter-in-law. They were on time and good at pointing out main points and answering our questions. Spoke good English

Excellent tour - From the description, I thought we were only getting tickets and an audio guide, but this turned about to be a tour with a fantastic guide! Real Alcázar was beautiful and our guide, Clara, filled the tour with interesting details, history, and a wonderful sense of humor. A+

Fun and beautiful tour, definitely recommended. - You should definitely do this tour, it's fantastic and you'll see a lot. Extra special because the guide (Klara) did it with a lot of humor, we laughed a lot at her storytelling style.

Great place, but be careful to find a good Guide - The place is very impressive and you see it has a lot of history, but the Guide who touched me gave the tour super fast, as if in a hurry

Disappointed - Our guide was very nice, but his English had a very thick accent that it was hard to understand what he was saying most of the time. The tour is expensive and I expected someone whose English is very clear. Also, you do not need to bring a cover for your shoulders as it states in the directions. This is false and a rule that no longer applies.
