Exciting and unforgettable experience - Excellent experience, Maria our Italian guide was exceptional, he introduced us to the beauties of Carmona and Córdoba projecting us directly into history; what about Veronica the guide who accompanied us inside the exceptional cathedral mosque is nothing short of: with his sympathy and high professionalism he literally catapulted us into history. I highly recommend this experience ❤️

A very enjoyable tour. - Several tours departed from our starting location, causing some confusion. Our guide, Driss, was very pleasant and informative, and managed the bilingual tour well. His time management was excellent and his instructions clear. The tour was very extensive and varied, giving us a good overview of the sights. Overall a very enjoyable tour.

Recommend this tour as a break from Seville - The highlight of this trip was most definitely the Mosque-Cathedral. I was awe-struck. Everything about the tour was good apart from not having our earpieces due to them all somehow being out of battery when our tour guide handed them out. I do recommend the tour for the learning and overall caring service that was presented by the tour guides.

Cordoba and Carmona with Mezquita, Synagoge and Patios - We were prepared for a long day and it was! It was very rushed, probably not helped by the guide having to repeat everything in three languages (and yes, we were warned this could happen before we booked). However, this did add quite a lot of time at every stop and so we were left short of time in certain places. There was a lot of standing around. Carmona is a lovely old town and we were lucky to see the Battle of the Flowers and procession in the town square on 1st May and would have liked a little longer there. On to Cordoba - somewhere on our bucket list. It may have been because 1st May is a bank holiday in Spain (Labour Day), but oh was it crowded! Across the Roman Bridge, touist office for maps and toilets (more long explanations), on to the Patios with another long queue for the chosen house. Strange as there were other patios open where you could just walk in! Anyway, they were very pretty and the owners work hard to make lovely displays. Walk up to the synagoge to find it was closed (surely the guide/company should have known this). A break for lunch, at last. Then on to the amazing Mezquita, this was magnificent. Our guide, Ismael was very knowledgeable. It became a challenge to concentrate due to the three-languages but it didn't detract from the fabulous architecture and history. Finally, back to the tourist office to use the toilets - closed! The guide then rushed off with a very tired group behind him to find toilets back in the town. I also had a problem that the guide smoked - not the best when you are walking behind him. Would I recommend the tour? Fine if you want to sit on a coach with a guided tour but I think making your own way by fast train to Cordoba and arranging a guided tour of the Mezquita would be my choice.

Overall good experience, but stick to one language - The company did a good job of arranging all the transportation, tickets, guide etc. We had a rather large group, and although we booked our tour in Spanish, they combined the tour with Italian. I can understand the reasons, and having dual languages on the bus is fine. Once we got to Cordoba, we were supposed to split into two groups for languages, but unfortunately, for some reason another Italian family ended up in our group. At each stop, we had to listen to the tour in both, so I think we lost about half the time waiting for the 2nd translation. I felt like we missed out on a lot to see with precious time just spent standing there waiting. The same thing happened inside the Mesquita, so instead of just Spanish, we had a tour that was 1/2 Spanish, and 1/2 French, again losing precious time. All the being said, the guides did their best, and overall we had a good experience and met some new friends along the way.
