Visit our shop at Castelar 9 to pick up your bike and embark on your journey. Before you set off, we will provide an introduction to electric bikes and their features, especially if you are new to them. A credit card hold will be required, which will be released upon the return of the bicycle and rented equipment in the same condition as received. Enjoy a ride along the extensive bicycle lanes, or explore independently. Helmets are available upon request. All bikes are equipped with locks, allowing you to stop at interesting museums or enjoy a meal at one of the many tapas bars along the way.

• Minimum heigh to rent an ebikes: 150 cm tall (4.11”)
• High end e-bikes, with autonomy ranges between 70 and 120 kmts.

• If travelling with children, please advise us as children have special requirements for riding an electric bike. If the child would be to small for an electric bike, we have two regular bikes that can be used for rentals. We also have two childseats for small children (up to 22kg) which can be attached behind the seat of the bike for the extra price of 10 euro per seat.
• There is no bathroom service in the store
• Elecmove has a liability insurance to cover any situation caused by technical problems with the bikes. At the same time, all customers assume all risk of danger and injury when participating in the Services. Claims for injuries that are the responsibility of the client will not be accepted.
• As in any other trip, we recommend customers arrange travel, medical and personal insurances.
• In the ELECMOVE store before the rent your credit card will be required for a hold which will be cancelled to the return of the bicycle and the rented material in the same conditions to the delivery of.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
