- According to internal regulations of the Reales Alcázares and from October 2022, each traveler must carry their official documentation physically and in hand to access the Palace in order to prove their identity. Photocopies are not allowed. Photos of the document on the cell phone are not allowed. If you are not in possession of your ID, you will be denied access to the monument and will not be able to enjoy your activity. We are not responsible if the traveler does not have his/her documentation on the day of the visit and will not refund the amount paid for the activity due to omission or forgetfulness of his/her ID/PASSPORT.

Having a Guide Brings it to Life - This was a great tour. Miguel (the cute one) really made it meaningful and fun. Without a guide it is just a lot of cool stuff to look at without any context. If you’re going to do the Alcazar I’d highly recommend this tour!

Well Worth the Extra Money! - Our guide, Miguel (the good looking one) was excellent and made the experience so much more meaningful than just walking through the Alcazar would have been. There wasn’t as much info about GOT as I would have loved but I guess other than they filmed there - maybe there wasn’t much to say. Anyway, it was a great tour and I would highly recommend it.

Guided visit inside Alcazar - The tour description mentions Osuna, however, this tour does NOT include Osuna. The organization to get to Alcazar was a bit chaotic, but Ismael, that did the tour was an amazing guide. He brought so much good energy, is very knowledgeable and is a really funny guy. Just for that, the tour was more than worth it!

Awesome Blend of History & GOT Info - We loved this tour. We really wanted a blend of history and GOT information. I feel like this tour hit a really nice blend of the two. We had two guides, Lola and Clara. Both were great! I loved their enthusiasm for both GOT and the Alcazar!

An amazing experience - Lola took us on a very nice and insightful tour of the Alcazar of Seville. As a Game of Thrones fan, this guided tour was amazing. Lola has a true passion and love for Seville and the world of Game of Thrones. She knows all of the interresting facts about the beautiful palace, and she loves to tell stories and show pictures from the set of Game of Thrones.
We’ve had a very pleasent experience with Sevilla4Real, and will gladly recommend them to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Seville.

Just do the normal tour - The tour guide was very nice and knowledgable about the building and history of its occupants.
However, this was sold as a Game of Thrones tour and as it was lacking in Game of Thrones content. I actually asked if he knew we had booked this type of tour, as I convinced he thought we were just on the normal tour.
Whilst the history of the building and occupants is also interesting and I expected to hear some of this information, I also expected to hear much more about the TV series scenes, maybe how long they filmed etc.

Nothing about game of thrones - Whilst the tour guide was great and knew the history of Alcázar, she had no knowledge of game of thrones and had never seen it so this was completely falsely advertised.
The tour guide was also 25 minutes late due to a previous tour overrunning and we stood in the heat for a while wondering if it was going to go ahead.
I would recommend people to just book their own tickets to Alcázar and look up the information themselves before going.

Big disappointment - Even though the guide was nice and definitely knew a lot about the place, he never mentioned anything about Game of Thrones. I can only speculate whether we were erroneously sent to the wrong tour or if this is false advertisement.

Disappointed - Real Alcázar and GOT Tour: (December 30, 2023).
Nothing ruins a tour more than a tour guide who is late. We were assigned to Javier who is supposed to meet us at 1:30 pm in their Naturanda office. It was cold but we were not allowed to wait for their late tour guide inside the office. We all had to wait outside. When it was already 1:45 pm, we inquired where Javier was. It turns out he had just arrived but still taking his sweet time getting his audio set and fixing his backpack inside the office. He was late because he allegedly lost one of the members in his previous tour group. We would have let it pass had he shown some remorse by doing things quickly and apologizing. But we received no apologies whatsoever.
The tour was entitled Real Alcázar and Game of Thrones tour. But there was no mention at all that this was the site of Dorne, the southernmost kingdom of Westeros ruled by the Martells. I appreciate the facts & history that Javier mentioned, but those dates would be more meaningful and interesting if the tour would come up with interesting stories about the Alcázar. There are so many interesting things about the Alcázar that weren’t mentioned. Javier was just mouthing facts which did not spark any interest at all. I might as well just read the stories about the Alcázar.
We were a big group but Javier was impatient and led us too quickly through the tour. We have not yet fully explored the room, but we had to leave. He was in such a hurry that I am no longer wondering why he lost a member of his previous tour group.
I did not post this review until after I finished my last trip with Naturanda. There are always good reviews and some will always be bad. But all the bad reviews I read about Naturanda are true. This serves as a warning.

Tour Guide Did Not Show Up - The tour guide texted 2 days before to ask me to change the time to 10am because it was forecasted to be too hot at 2pm. I responded that I was already doing the Bullring Tour at 10am so I could not come early. I never heard from her again and she never showed up to guide my 2pm tour.
