Not serious. - So I would have liked to be able to judge the performance, but here it is cancelled by email the day before at 11:29pm!
No other reason given than “your tour operator had to cancel the tour”
Result no possibility to plan anything else because I saw that it was cancelled when I went on the ticket!
Unprofessional and this is the first time I’ve had this.
So we did nothing all day: over 4 days a little annoyed to lose one!

No show ! - I gave one star to this suggestion of trip, because Viator does not accept zero stars when the excursion is not carried out. Unfortunately this is the case. We booked for 5 January (a date which was allowed in the site), and one day before we sent a message to the organizer asking about details such as what to wear during the trip, he told as that the trip should be re-sheduled because of the weather (or because of the Reyes Magos caravan). We re-contacted him later and waited for another date....We are still waiting for a reply...in other city.
