Great tour ! - We had the chance to have Carmen as a guide. She was insightful and very knowledgeable about Sevilla history and customs. She took time to explain and answer our questions.

Cathedral Yes; Tour Guide Not So Much - The cathedral is magnificent. It’s the third largest in the world. St. Peter’s, in Rome, is better in my opinion. But still great. We did the guided tour because all the regular entrance tickets were sold. Reserve your tickets in advance. The tour guide we had was not engaging (thus the 4 stars) - but yours might be better. We walked up the tower, which was physically demanding, but probably worth it.

Cathedral tour - Guide was very hard to understand and the tour was not well organized. The audio equipment did not work well.

Cover your shoulders ladies. Worth the visit - We were given the tour by Javier one of the pink shirts. Headsets were provided and an hours introduction to the Cathedral was the perfect length of time. Javi was witty and informative and delivered at a good pace. After an hour we we left to browse and given access to the tower. It is 34 ramps to the top and not suitable for the elderly or those with heart conditions. Women will need to have shoulders covered or buy a scarf at 2 euros and elderly concessions will need to show proof of age such as a passport. Great views from the top but quite a close knit wire screen making photographs difficult.

There was very little time spent providing information. - Half of the time was spent getting in and looking around while we waited 20 plus minutes for others to get back from
Tower.

Just an average tour - It was helpful to skip the line to get in and the cathedral is beautiful. I wish our tour guide was more knowledgeable - she seemed new and basically just said how amazing everything was.

Scammers - Total rip off. There tickets are not valid at the Cathedral, they are not associated in anyway. We had to purchase tickets at the Cathedral. Do not use this company!!!
