Seville Cathedral review - Ramachandran & Garg - The guide was very articulate and well informed. She was punctual and planned the visit efficiently so that we were able to appreciate all the intricate facets of the cathedral. The audio systems provided during the tour were of excellent quality. We are delighted to recommend this tour.

A very interesting visit - We had an excellent guide, pedagogue and fun. The guided tour allows you to have a first general view of the Cathedral and then it is possible to return to its rhythm. Great memories!

Cathedral and Tower tour with Sevilla Tours (Carmen) - Our tour was through Sevilla Official Tours, we met outside the Tourist office across the street from the Cathedral. Our tour guide's name was Carmen and she was quite good! Very experienced and informative. It was extremely crowded today, Friday, May 2, 2025 so she had to negotiate large crowds and other tour groups to keep us on schedule and give a good tour/experience. She did just that! At the end of the tour, the queue to get into the tower was huge so she sent the ticket voucher for 15 people to me so she could leave and keep her schedule for the next tour. It worked and the Tower climb and experience was great! Highly recommend this tour with Carmen!

Great tour - The tour was excellent, entertaining and by a very friendly and well-informed guide. Everything was really perfectly organized: meeting point was easy to find; the entry was fast and we enjoyed such a great trip back to the past of the cathedral as well as so many of its treasures. Absolute recommendation!

Very interesting visit. - Group of a dozen people , nice. Very interesting guide, funny and perfectly mastering his subject. The cathedral, grand. The altarpiece is extraordinary, like the mausoleum of Columbus. Do not miss the cape of Carlo Quinto.

Flee Seville Official Tours! Bad experience. - Embarrassing what we live with Sevilla Official Tours. We arrived at Seville Cathedral at the agreed time (12:45), in the middle of Holy Week, with the city full of tourists and crowded streets — and yet Representative Tony called me and, instead of helping us, gave us the wrong instructions that only delayed us further. Even though we arrived just 9 minutes late — while we were still talking to him on the phone — Tony wasn’t able to tell the guide that we were already arriving. Result: the guide entered without us and we were denied access to the Cathedral. We paid about €60, and Tony tried to "solve" us by sending us tickets that he knew would not work without the group. Total disrespect! We missed the visit, which for those coming from afar is a unique opportunity. When we tried to talk, Tony just hung the phone in our face. A real absurdity. We were in the middle of Easter, when everything requires even more organization and attention, and they showed a total lack of preparation. Seville is beautiful, but this company is a disaster. I would never hire them again! Don't trust Seville Official Tours.

They decided to cancel tour after I arrived. - They confirmed in writing details. Several times. Then when I turned up they said they weren’t running a tour in English and I could do one two days later. Little to no apology or explanation. So I missed chance to see cathedral. Avoid this company.
