Our meeting point is, located at Paseo de las Delicias, 1, Sevilla, in between the Restaurant "Uno de Delicias" and the souvenir shop. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please notice that if you are late we will not be able to let you up. We will not offer refunds if you are late.

Perfect Paella - What a great experience! It is a demo kitchen run by an experience company( not a random chefs house) Fabio explained the whole delicate process of making paella the right way!! Afterwards you go out onto the roof and enjoy the beautiful view with a glass of sangria and of course the DELICIOUS paella!!!

Memorable Paella demonstration - Entertaining demonstration of the many steps involved in making excellent Paella. Chef kept us involved throughout the demonstration culminating with the a delectable meal with the group participants.

Definite stop in Sevilla! - We had a very informative presentation on the making of paella. It was a very small group of eight people which provided an intimate setting. We met some lovely people to dine with and the food and the views were great.

Great food - We got detail instructions on how to make a great paella. We met some great people from around the world. We had a supper of seafood paella that tasted great and wine and sangria. We watched and ate appetizers while the chef prepared the paella. The view from the top was also great.

Enjoyable demonstration of making Paella - Our chef was fun while giving us details on making Paella. He involved many of us in his teaching. He was open to many questions & patient.

Enjoyable evening - Good fun, I now know how to make the perfect paella. Wine, nibbles included prior to enjoying the paella and sangria. A very good night and the sunset was perfect.

Great place - We went along and were greeted by the chef and taken into the venue. There was a great crowd present and from all over the world. We were given cheese and meat plus wine whilst we watched the cooking. The chef was fantastic and he not only showed us how to cook the dish but gave us the history behind it.
Straight forward step by step interactive presentation. He made it look so simple.
Then a glass of Sangria on the fantastic balcony overlooking the city and the river beyond. At this point you then have a large portion of the paella that he cooked.
Stunning is an understatement this was a great way to spend the early evening and I thoroughly recommend trying this experience

A class with a View & assured perfect result - This is a multi-sensory experience that checks off all the boxes.
Learn: everything I did not know about paella
Experience: small and personal class size
Fellowship: chef/host started by introducing himself (surprisingly, not many tour guides do this well), and bonus, had us introduce each other (by the end of the evening, it was like time spent with good friends)
Drinks: included, which helped with kicking off the fellowshipping !!
Food: starters and of course, the paella, cooked by the chef and not my disaster, but now inspired to try at home
Terrace view: icing on the cake - panorama of the city, Cathedral, and river, all enjoyed during dinner at the end of the event. Lots of photo opportunities before departure.
In summary, a top tier and high value experience. A trip to Seville is incomplete without this.

Lovely Evening - Chef and the class was very friendly and fun whilst still providing thorough instructions. Learnt a lot and was well fed. A great evening all round.
