- Babies are not allowed
- In winter the tuk-tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep them warm
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
- The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, with the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- The tuk-tuks do not have a trunk, so you cannot take child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed.
- The tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be canceled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to follow the indicated route and make a series of pre-established stops, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. On the 60-minute tour, a stop is made at Plaza de España, and on the 120-minute tour, a stop is also made at Isla de la Cartuja.
- Tours cannot be modified, nor can photo stops. These stops will be made at pre-established locations.
- The vehicles are suitable for seniors, and our drivers will assist you in getting on if necessary.

Pick-up takes place inside the APK2 Arjona car park (underground), the entrance to which is located at Puente Cristo de la Expiración 746. The number 746 does not exist, but if you look for it on a map it shows you where the access ramp is. The pick-up location is located in front of the Sixt Rental office.

Loved the tour. And want to thank Juan, our tour guide. - Juan was our driver/guide for this tour. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and really made the tour experience so enjoyable!! Highly recommend taking this tour with Juan.
The tour itself is a great way to get a quick overview of Seville. We then were able to visit and spend more time subsequently at the places we liked most.

Wonderful Introduction to a Charming City - We were only able to have a short time in Seville and this tour was a wonderful quick overview of the city. Ricardo was a fun and very knowledgeable guide and kept up laughing and moving along. Highly recommend if you are in Seville for a quick stay like us, or just want an overview of the city to start your stay here and decide where you want to explore more

Amazing experience - Amazing experiences, 10 out of 10. Our guide Hugo was a crack and made our trip very fun, he told us things about Seville that we did not know and also not only told us about the history of the places but also told us very interesting curiosities, incredible everything he knew. The tuk tuks are very comfortable and have them prepared in case it is cold. Highly recommended experience

Quick culture diwnload - Fantastic quick way to see all the culture is Seville- our guide was Tamara and she was excellent full of fun stories facts and info. High energy to keel the pre teens interested and loved a stop off to explore!

Fantastic tour from Eco Tours - Had a great Tuk Tuk tour of Seville and it was made exceptional by Pillar. An entertaining friendly and personable person who would try to answer any questions we had. We have used Eco Tul Tuk here and lisbon. A great way and economical way to have a private tour around d a large city

Doesn't give depth about Seville - The tour driver was lovely but the tour itself isn't very good. You spend about 45 minutes driving around the old Expo center which is a bunch of abandoned or repurposed buildings. It doesn't have anything to do with why someone would visit Seville. We actually hopped off the tour early b/c it was a beautiful day and we felt like we had wasted precious time. Again, the tour operator himself was lovely and welcoming, it is just not interesting information.

Some nice sights but could be better informed - The two stops were great but the rest of the tour was just okay. I wish it explained more in the tour description that it would not go into the center of the city and mainly show the outskirts. Our tour guide was friendly but the information he shared was confusing and hard to follow. We felt like we were in a history class being quizzed which made it less enjoyable.

It's not worth it - I do not recommend this tour at this price (~70 EURO per person). The overall experience didn’t feel worth the price. Additionally, the meeting point information was not clearly communicated during or after booking. The tour guide was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly engaging. We are thankful for his service.
