- Babies are not allowed
- In winter the tuk-tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep them warm
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
- The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, with the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- The tuk-tuks do not have a trunk, so you cannot take child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For safety reasons, pets and animals are not allowed.

The collection takes place inside the APK2 Arjona car park, whose entrance is located at Puente Cristo de la Expiración 746. There is no number 746, but when you look for it on a map it shows you where the access ramp is. The collection point is located in front of the parking office and the Sixt office.

A great way to see the City - This is a great way to see some of the City. Our guide, Jose was very happy to share his historical knowledge with us which we very much appreciated. It was a very interesting hour long ride. Jose also gave us some good advice on places to go and restaurants to eat in. We thoroughly enjoyed our little trip and would highly recommend it, especially if you’re not familiar with Seville to start with.

Definitely recommend - This was a great way to see the city and hear some history about it. Rafael was a great guide. Definitely recommend doing it on the first day of the trip to see some cool spots you can revisit!

Great way to see city - Our guide, Manuel, was the best. This is the best way to see the city efficiently so you know what neighborhoods you want to explore more deeply. If you only have a couple of days in Seville book this first so you can get the most out of the city

Great Quick Tour of Seville - Worth the $$!! - GREAT Tuk Tuk tour - PILAR was wonderful! Lots of history & very informative! Pilar waited for us as we were on street level waiting however the pickup spot was in the parking garage. Great communication once we realized we were in different spots. Extra time was given due to taking a few minutes extra to connect!

Useful to start with this trip in Seville - Excellent.
Very useful trip to learn about Seville
The guide Raphael was nice and friendly
He gave us information to eat where locals eat ( very useful)
You need to go inside the parking underground to find the guide.

Fantastic way to discover Seville -
It was brilliant. Raphael was very entertaining, knowledgeable, and very engaging. We learnt so much and loved his sense of humour. We got a real flavour of Seville so that we could choose where we wanted to return to.

Nice tour of 1 hour. - The area where one drives is nice, a sum up of all the nice buildings such as consulates and universities. We would have appreciated a bit more history of the city.
