- Babies are not allowed
- In winter the tuk-tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep them warm
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
- The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, with the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- The tuk-tuks do not have a trunk, so you cannot take child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed.
- The tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be canceled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to follow the indicated route and make a series of pre-established stops, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. On the 60-minute tour, a stop is made at Plaza de España, and on the 120-minute tour, a stop is also made at Isla de la Cartuja.
- Tours cannot be modified, nor can photo stops. These stops will be made at pre-established locations.
- The vehicles are suitable for seniors, and our drivers will assist you in getting on if necessary.

Pick-up takes place inside the APK2 Arjona car park (underground), the entrance to which is located at Puente Cristo de la Expiración 746. The number 746 does not exist, but if you look for it on a map it shows you where the access ramp is. The pick-up location is located in front of the Sixt Rental office.

Excellent Tour to Get you Bearings! - This is an excellent tour to get your overall bearings of the city of Sevilla and the historical sites. We highly recommend you take this tour at the very beginning of your visit to the city. Juan was an excellent tour guide who was very informative and helpful with suggestions of what to not miss in our visity.

Juan was excellent! - Totally recommend! We only had an hour but we had a really good insight into Seville and had various stops. Juan was the perfect tour guide. Spoke excellent English, was really informative with lots of recommendations and made it such a great experience.

Touring Seville - Hugo was our tour guide. He is a very happy man who loves his city. His knowledge of Seville’s history was excellent. We immensely enjoyed our 2 hour tour with him. We learned a lot and got great recommendations for the rest of our stay.

Learned so much - Hugo was an incredible guide and his love of his city was infectious. I learned so much on this tour and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Hugo took the time to ask what I had already seen and done and what I wanted to still do so he could tailor the your tour to my needs. Honestly, I left the tour feeling smarter and more learned than when we left and couldn’t wait to share what I had learnt with others. His knowledge of Seville and history of all things Spain related were 2nd to none. Would do this tour again and recommend this to others without hesitation.

Highly recommended - A tour of the northeast area, center of Seville brief but very complete, with very good explanations and extensive knowledge of history with very entertaining guides. Check the weather forecast before renting, as it is on an open transport. It was very good

Skip this tour - Most of the significant sights of Seville cannot be seen by a tuk tuk.
Our tour guide was late and not nearly as knowledgeable compared to the tuk tuk drivers in the last 2 cities we visited.
