- Babies are not allowed
- In winter the tuk-tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep them warm
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
- The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, with the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- The tuk-tuks do not have a trunk, so you cannot take child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed.
- The tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be canceled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to follow the indicated route and make a series of pre-established stops, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. On the 60-minute tour, a stop is made at Plaza de España, and on the 120-minute tour, a stop is also made at Isla de la Cartuja.
- Tours cannot be modified, nor can photo stops. These stops will be made at pre-established locations.
- The vehicles are suitable for seniors, and our drivers will assist you in getting on if necessary.

The collection takes place inside the APK2 Arjona car park, whose entrance is located at Puente Cristo de la Expiración 746. There is no number 746, but when you look for it on a map it shows you where the access ramp is. The collection point is located in front of the parking office and the Sixt office.

Great personalized tour - Great tour with plenty options to sightsee. Hugo our tour guide was exceptional with a wealth of knowledge of Seville and its history. Also he gave us great recommendations of where to eat like locals.

Fabulous breezy ride - Tamara was excellent. It was like being shown the City by a friend. The breeze from the moving Tuk Tuk was greatly appreciated. We would never have seen all the districts and sights if we had not taken this ride. Great knowledge, lovely sights and recommendations.

Great way of seeing the sights, highly recommend - After using Eco Tuk Tuk for a tour in Madrid, I rebooked for our trip to Seville and was not disappointed. From booking to the tour itself, staff were very friendly and helpful. The tour itself was brilliant and a great way of seeing the city and learning lots about its history. Time efficient, private way of seeing the sights - In two hours we saw most of the sights and learnt about the history etc. We did not have to wait for buses and hence, this tour was very time efficient. Both guides were excellent. The tuk tuks are the most comfortable we have been in and all seats face forward.

Great trip, we should have booked a longer tour. - Good trip around some of Seville.
For those who think it’s a small city, it has a lot to look at and I would suggest a 3-4 hour trip. We took a 2-hour trip and it was fantastic looking at sites in Triana and around Plaza de Espana and Plaza de America. But we never visited Old Town or the Cathedral or passed Las Setas.
Our guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable which made it all the more interesting knowing what we were seeing, when it was built and why.
I highly recommend this trip.

Fun tour around Seville - Loved this tour! This is a great way to see a lot of the city in a short amount of time. Our guide was so fun and very knowledgeable about the history of Spain and of all the structures he showed us. Really made you feel like you were being shown around the city by a friend, really appreciated this tour and our guide! Thank you for an awesome tour!

Could have skipped out on this… - Juan was our guide and he was FULL of amazing knowledge! We only have AMAZING things to say about him!
The 1hr tour is likely too short. We didn’t get to stop many places and the traffic around us made it hard to enjoy the experience. The architecture is pretty but we didn’t get to go to the Plaza de Seville because of a concert that evening and that was why I had booked this experience.
We loved all the knowledge from Juan and would highly recommend requesting him!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! - If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. My wife and I had several hours of free time before our hotel was ready so we were very excited to book this Tuk Tuk toue. We booked about 23 hours before the excursion time. This morning, our flight to Seville was delayed. We messaged the tour operator immediately at 5:23 AM. They read my WhatsApp message alerting them that our flight would be delayed and my request to reschedule for a different time. We looked on their site and there were several other times available for today and tomorrow.
They got back to me at 8 AM saying that it was too close to our booking time to reschedule and their policy is that if you make any changes within the 24 hour time that they will not accommodate your request. Unless you can bend time, it was impossible to do so since we booked in under 24 hours.
We were not even asking to cancel only to reschedule. They absolutely refused. Terrible customer service. They were very rude and only kept giving me canned responses. No customer service. I’ve never experienced this ever with a Viator trip. Usually they are very accommodating if something is outside your control and you are asking to reschedule, not cancel. They have tours almost every hour, so it’s not like there were no other times available.
For a small business I would expect more. Be warned if anything changes in your schedule you will not be able to reschedule and they will keep your money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
