Seville cathedral tour - Our tour guide Rafael was extremely knowledgeable, funny but also passionate about his beautiful city and its history. We loved the tour and would definitely use Naturanda again. The cathedral is one of the must-dos in Seville.

Exceptional visit to the largest Gothic cathedral in the world - The Guide Cristina was exceptional, clarifying any doubts about the Cathedral. The highlights were the Main Altar, the Silver Altar and the Chapel of Our Lady Dos Reys. The Guide was patient and detailed various aspects of the Cathedral and the city of Seville

Great visit to Seville Cathedral with Christina from Naturandor tours - We had an excellent tour with Naturanda tours. Our excellent guide was Christina Osuna and she took us through a small street from the office to the Seville Cathedral . The Cathedral is built on the old mosque ,there is a lovely mixture of styles with some moorish features and the courtyard laid out with orange trees. She advised us to go up La Giralda first .There are 34 ramps that take you up the old minaret which was preserved and has had a bell tower put on it by the Christian kings ,following the reconquest. There are great views from the top of all Seville. Once down we realised she was right, long queues were forming. She then gave us a fascinating tour of the Cathedral ,the immense golden altar with bible stories all over it. The many spectacular things on view ,the Murillo painting ,the tomb of Christopher Columbus to name but a few.Christina was very friendly and engaging and kept pointing out small things that we would have missed otherwise. The scale of the Cathedral has to be seen really ,the organs [7000 pipes] Queen Isabella’s seat in the large choir ,all carved in mahogany with marquetry in a symmetrical islamic style. The stunning silver items some huge .There are some lovely side chapels and she gave us the history in an entertaining manner. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour .Thanks Christina . Hasta La Proxima Gracias.David y Leonie

Cathedral with Merci - Cathedral was absolutely stunning. Lots of work being done inside, but glad they are keeping it up. Only complaint was the tour size was way too big. Our guide Merci did her best with the large group.

We did not know that... - We did not know that Viator is not the actual tour guide, but contracts with locals. Nor did we receive specific info about the tour operator company or guide and the correct meeting point. As a result we missed our tour. Eventually we learned who the tour operator was and went to their office. They were very nice and were able to book us on another tour a few hours later and sent us a specific confirmation email with guide name and location. The guide was very good although the only available tour was inn Spanish. II could only understand a little. Viator should send specific info on the meeting point and tell people that a local company and guide are the actual service providers.

Cathederal tour - The guide was excellent but the tour company was bad , they did not start ok time we had to linger around an hour before they could even give us the headsets and they did not work . I mean it’s good to have the guide but one can do this on your own too

Great guide, lousy organisation. - Firstly I would like to praise our guide Raphael. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. If I were rating for him alone, I would rate the tour itself excellent. However, the organisation was shambolic. Booked for the 11.30 tour and invited to arrive for 11.15. Huge numbers of people milling around trying to check in at the shop. Chaotic allocation, issued with microphones that didn't work, all had to be changed for quite a large group. Information was minimal and people were getting very frustrated and the disorganisation and lack of information...Finally we set off at approximately 12.05. I would recommend the cathedral and our guide but not the organising company....

Disorganised mess, waste of time and money. - From the start it was a shambles, lost people on the way, showing us things we didn't want to see. We arrived no tickets had been booked! Waited in the rain, got in 45 mins late. Guide rolled her eyes when people wanted to use the toilets, even said no more toilet visits! General info good but hurried along so no time to look properly and wondered why half way through why half the people left the group. Never again
