Had a lovely ride with eco tuk tuk - First time in Seville, Eco tuk tuk tours is a great way to get an overall feel for Seville at the start of my vacation here. We booked a two hour Expert tour with Mr Rafael, what a lovely man, who has a lot of knowledge about the city. He was also friendly with great sense of humour, and had very good English. I would not have gone to some of the places that Mr Rafael took me if I haven’t book tuk-tuk, as they are a bit far to do it by walking. I would highly recommend this tour, I had two hours ride but I felt that the two hours was too short! As I said I was too enjoy my ride and the company from Mr Rafael. Thank you Eco Tuk Tuk and Mr Rafael for a great introduction to Seville. Hope to be back in Sevilla again soon.

Mixed Experience with Eco Tuk Tuk Sevilla City Tours - My recent experience with Eco Tuk Tuk Sevilla City Tours in Sevilla, Spain, was a mix of frustration and delight. The tour company’s poor communication and choice of pick-up location were major issues. We spent 25 minutes searching for the meeting point, which was in a dark, hidden car park under a bridge near an old bus station, far from tourist areas. This spot, surrounded by graffiti and a broken chain-link fence, felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Even after calling dispatch, they couldn’t provide clear directions to the meeting point. Only after some back-and-forth did our guide, Pepe, come to our rescue. Despite the rocky start, Pepe’s exceptional service saved the day. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication were commendable, turning our tour into a memorable experience. Pepe truly deserves a raise for his efforts. However, Eco Tuk Tuk should fire the tour coordinator responsible for selecting this poor pick-up location and improve their communication to prevent such issues. I had taken a tour with the same company in Madrid, and they were much more organized, with a safe and very easy to find meeting location conspicuously in front of a Four Seasons hotel. There is no excuse for the Sevilla location to choose such a terrible spot. I recommend the tour, but they must address these concerns.
