Magical Evening in Sevilla - Fernando was a welcoming and attentive host. He put a lot of effort into ensuring we had the best experience, down to the music. He walked us through how to make a delicious paella, answered our questions, and took many photos for us! The view was the best view we had our whole trip. This is a fantastic experience to add to your trip to Sevilla!

Great food, great chef, great views! - My husband and I took Fernando's class 1st night in Sevilla on our honeymoon and it was perfect! It addition to amazing paella, authentic sangria, and great views, he gave us a bird's eye tour of all the attractions in Sevilla, which really helped us figure out what to explore while in the city and learn about the history. The cooking class is interactive and he provides excellent resources after the class so you can recreate it at home. I highly recommend to any one searching for a unique, local, and once-in-a-lifetime Sevilla experience!

A taste of coming back! - A most rewarding experience whether you are alone or accompanied! Fernando welcomes you with a smile and good humor, he does not hesitate to teach you more about Seville and its monuments but also about its gastronomy. The paella was delicious and the idyllic setting, all the details and little touches make this culinary course a unique experience and give it a taste of coming back! I recommend 1000%. It’s perfect to start or finish your journey!

A must when you’re in Seville! - This is a must when you’re in Sevilla! The meeting point is a short 2 minute walk from the cooking class location l. Fernando took us up to what seemed to be his home and we got to spend about 2 hours of cooking and drinking wine and sangria with him! The views on the rooftop are breathtaking and the food was just as good! He made us feel very comfortable and kept it light and fun. We will now tell all our friends and family when coming to Seville to book this cooking class. Don’t forget to bring gratuity! We forgot and felt awful about it. Thanks Fernando for a great time and good luck on journey and future endeavors.

Educational and enjoyable for guests of all ages. - Beautiful experience and lovely introduction to our time in Seville. We arranged it for our first evening in town, which provided an excellent overview and gave us great restaurant recommendations for the rest of our stay. He accomodated our son's Celiac and everything served was gluten free. Amazing and highly recommend.

Paella from the roof top - This was a really fun experience. Fernando was enjoyable and taught us about making paella which was delicious and we all enjoyed . On top of the cooking there were fabulous views from the rooftop and he gave history of many buildings
