We are excited to announce that Chef Karl will be our opening guide for this food and wine experience in Seville; tours commence in November 2024. A wine expert, a student of Karen McNeil (The Wine Bible), and a chef with over 20 years of experience, he will personally lead each tour.

This Food and Wine Experience will go beyond Tapas/Tinto, offering an in-depth exploration of food and wine as only Chef Karl can. As we journey through the area, we will savor food and wine with a history dating back to the ancient Celts who first settled the region.

Chef Karl has garnered hundreds of 5-star TripAdvisor reviews from his time with Eating Europe and Secret Food Tours. With a master’s in wine, he will delve into the region’s culinary and wine heritage. There will be no lectures; instead, expect a festive atmosphere filled with wine knowledge.
