What I liked most about... - What I liked most about this was how detailed and technical it was. A lot of the other tours in Seville only offer 1 stop at a winery but it is often difficult to learn a new wine region with 1 winery tour. This tour gave a broad instruction on the region and gave details on each different region. Well done Antonio!

Amazing sherry tasting! - Absolutely excellent! Antonio was so knowledgeable and provided real in-depth information about where sherry is made and how, and the geographical influences on flavour and aroma in the wine. A satisfying tasting of Sherry wines, guided by a well-informed host. - For someone whose exposure to Sherry was rather limited, but enough to know I like it, this was a very interesting exercise. We learned about the history of Sherry, how it's made, and the various grades/types of Sherry. All while tasting five different wines accompanied by olives and cheese. I learned why I liked some better than others and what to look for when I go to buy some when I get home.

Sherry tasting ...YES - This was an excellent addition to our trip to Sevilla. Antonio was very knowledgeable. Very generous Sherry portions. We had never had some of the Sherrys before - we drink a LOT of wine - and felt more comfortable ordering on our trip. We even enjoyed the Feria drink with dry white Sherry and 7-up. Highly recommend.

An incredible experience that exceeded all expectations - An incredible experience that exceeded all expectations. During booking we were unsure of what to expect, however upon arrival we were initially wowed with the layout, cleanliness and design of the building, and even more so by the panoramic rooftop views. After an in-depth journey through the sherry creation process, we were treated to a tasting of 5 delicious sherry wines, accompanied by a selection of complementary foods. Our guide was a fountain of knowledge for all things sherry, teaching us how to properly smell, taste and appreciate the complexities of the drink. After an insightful and thoroughly enjoyable 2.5 hours, we left feeling inspired, knowledgeable and more passionate about sherry than ever before!

Learned something by tasting. - A good way to spend an afternoon. Very informative, learned something, and the view from the roof was nice. Started on time and the snacks were brought out with plenty to share. It was a little hard to find the location as it is upstairs in a building on the corner. You have to wait until it starts for someone to let you in so we were a little unsure we were at the right place. A sign on the door would be helpful.
