Fantastic experience. Thank you, Antonio. - A really well-rounded 90 minutes on the history, production and taste of sherry wines. Antonio was a brilliant host and balanced information with humour really well to a crowd of sherry novices and those with more experience and those in-between. The 5 sherries that we tasted we explained in a structured way but left room for interpretation, with a variety of styles that provided something for me and something for my partner. Plus the views of the sunset from the terrace were dreamy. Thoroughly recommend.

Classic Spanish tasting experience - We came here to learn more about sherry and we're not disappointed. Our host, Antonio, was very knowledgeable, welcoming and had a sense of humour! The afternoon was lighthearted but educational, and the sherry of course was excellent. Highly recommend

Amazing Sherry in a beautiful atmosphere! - Sherry tasting with Antonio was amazing! He is so knowledgeable about every part of the sherry making process. He made it fun and informative. My favorite parts of the tour was learning how to really taste the sherry, and then afterwards getting to know my fellow travelers over cheese, jamón and delicious sherry. Thank you, Antonio for a lovely afternoon!

What I liked most about... - What I liked most about this was how detailed and technical it was. A lot of the other tours in Seville only offer 1 stop at a winery but it is often difficult to learn a new wine region with 1 winery tour. This tour gave a broad instruction on the region and gave details on each different region. Well done Antonio!

Amazing sherry tasting! - Absolutely excellent! Antonio was so knowledgeable and provided real in-depth information about where sherry is made and how, and the geographical influences on flavour and aroma in the wine. A satisfying tasting of Sherry wines, guided by a well-informed host. - For someone whose exposure to Sherry was rather limited, but enough to know I like it, this was a very interesting exercise. We learned about the history of Sherry, how it's made, and the various grades/types of Sherry. All while tasting five different wines accompanied by olives and cheese. I learned why I liked some better than others and what to look for when I go to buy some when I get home.

An event which never happened? - Event never happened! Organisers changed the start time of the event from 4:00pm local time (4:00pm on the Tripadvisor Ticket) to 3:30pm. We acknowledged the new time but our full schedule for the day resulted in our arrival 'minutes' later than new start time!! Organisers were uncontactable at two different numbers until 3:54pm & after some txt exchanges offered an alternative the following day. This was not an option for us. We requested a refund and were advised to contact TripAdvisor/Viator? How can we secure a refund?

Didn’t happen. - Disappointing because it didn’t happen. I booked the tasting for 4 people, and was asked to change the time or date multiple times within 24 hours of the tasting. We asked them to cancel the booking since they kept trying to change our time.
