- Taller Andaluz de Cocina - There’s no better way to immerse yourself in Seville’s extraordinary culinary identity than with a cooking class. Work side by side with your chef and discover how to combine various ingredients and spices to achieve the special zest that sets Spanish food apart from the rest.
All ingredients and materials are provided by the school. Sangria and table olives are served during the class and at the end guests eat what has been cooked, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine or local beer).
All of our recipes can be adapted to any dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.
Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!

Wonderful experience - We really enjoyed the food. The chefs were great at answering questions. The group mix allowed for good conversation and sharing stories. I have cooked at home but it is always good to learn new techniques and recipes. I am excited to try the spinach and chick pear recipe at home.

Enjoyable Spanish cooking class - Chef Pedro and his assistant Noelia were fantastic and entertaining. Pedro was v patient explaining the ingredients and instructions. There were 12 of us in our group from all over the world and we got on well. Noelia was really helpful and made lovely sangrias as we or rather I was drinking more as it wasn’t too sweet. All in all I fully recommend Pedro and Noelia. It was a heatwave and luckily the aircon was working otherwise the atmosphere would be different. It was 42 degrees and wrong time to travel to Seville.

Best cooking class ever! - This was the best cooking class I have ever done! Not only was the food amazing, but our Chef Victoria and Daniela were funny, generous, and a pleasure to learn from. This is a must-do while in Seville!

Many opportunities for hands on practice - Excellent experience. School was well organized and welcoming. Went during a heat wave and air on did not reach our end of the room, so dress lightly. Food and skills were delicious, and they sent the recipes afterwards. The sangria was made with diet soda which we didn’t know until it was served. Was offered wine or beer instead, wish the sangria had been available with regular soda since it looked delicious! We met interesting people from all around the world!

Spanish cooking class - Carlo was amazing, he was very entertaining and shared his culture and experiences about living all over the world. We learned the history of paella and he emailed us all the recipes the same evening. He also shared some local favorite spots and places to visit with us via email. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Seville.

Fun Cooking Dinner - This cooking class was so much fun. The head cook was fun and interesting and made everything seem easy. He was great at including all 10 people in the class. I would highly recommend.

Highlight of our girls’ trip to Seville! - this class was wonderful!! there were about 12 of us total in the class and split into two groups—we were able to help with prep work such as chopping and each had turns at the stovetop for each dish. We also learned how to debone a chicken (very cool). Leo (unsure on spelling?) was such a fun instructor—kept the mood jovial while at the same time was really informative. I learned a lot of great cooking tips, and my friend and I had a blast. We made gazpacho, chickpea/spinach, and chicken paella, and were served sangria and a delicious dessert. The staff were so helpful and seemed to be very accommodating of dietary restrictions as well. Overall, this was definitely a highlight of our time here in Seville! Can’t wait to have a paella party back home :)
