  • Taller Andaluz de Cocina - There’s no better way to immerse yourself in Seville’s extraordinary culinary identity than with a cooking class and tour of a local food market.

Meet your friendly guide at Triana Market, where vendors sell colorful produce, succulent meats, fresh cheese, and a variety of other local delicacies.
Work with our chef and discover how to combine various ingredients and spices to achieve the special zest that sets Spanish food apart from the rest.

All ingredients and materials are provided by the school. Sangria and table olives are served during the class and at the end guests eat what has been cooked, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine or local beer).

All of our recipes can be adapted to any dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.

Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!

Great, insightful and delicious - Chef Pedro and Sabrina were witty, witty, knowledgeable and made the whole experience great. They provided great insights to the Iberian meat selection, ingredients used in the Spanish dishes and Paella making. One thing that stuck out for us was how nicely they accommodated our 2 year old toddler and making him try the dishes in a small plate.

Amazing and Unique Experience! - My partner and I had a wonderful time during this tour! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Sevilla for a different and immersive cultural experience. We got an informative tour of the market prior to class from Sabrina and learned a lot about the history of the local meats, vegetables, spices, etc. The cooking class itself was interactive and fun. Fresh sangria was made for us to enjoy during the class as well. Chef Dome was knowledgeable and guided us the entire way. The paella was so flavorful and rich. Overall, we spent about 4 hours for this entire experience, which was well worth the price.

Excellent fun and informative - This was great fun. A short tour of the market with things of interest pointed out and explained. Then onto the cooking. As a group, we all prepped and cooked three dishes, with the main focus on the paella. I cook a lot but still learned a great deal and the three of my family who attended, had a great time. Thanks to the team for a great experience!

Must do in Seville! - This experience is a must in Seville. Our family enjoys cooking, so this was perfect for us; however, anybody regardless of cooking experience will have a blast! We started off with a tour of Triana market which was led by Daniela. She was very knowledgeable on the market! Then, we went to the kitchen, met Domenico, the chef, and began cooking. The menu was great traditional Spanish food, and we really enjoyed the meal. Overall, the service was excellent and so was the class itself. Would love to do this again, and highly recommend it to anyone is Seville.

What a great find - This was a great find… Dani gave a great tour of the Triana market to start, giving us the history and understanding of the food we were going to be cooking later… very informative! Leo was an attentive and entertaining teacher, everyone was encouraged to be part of the process, time was taken for us all to understand what was happening and how to achieve an excellent paella! Drinks flowed, food was of course delicious and it was a social and fun thing to do… quite a variety of nations represented! Would definitely recommend if you are keen on developing your knowledge of Seville’s food and your culinary skills Thank you Dani and Leo, you were brilliant!
