Highlight of our time in Sevilla - This was the highlight of our time in Seville. A fantastic workshop including a tour of the fabulous Triana market (I seriously wanted to buy all the food here, it looked so good!!) and then a fantastic cooking class with the lovely Anna and Leo. My kids (13 and 14) loved the experience of cooking the paella especially!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Market cooking class - The tour began with a walk around the market. The guide stopped at various merchants and explained the varieties of fruit, vegetables, spices, oils, meat, fish, etc! Very informative! Then we went to a kitchen where we made several different dishes. Clear directions were given and ingredients were ready for our cooking. In between we were provided with sangria, soft drinks, water etc! We prepared the food and sat down to eat our delicious meal! This tour was awesome! They already emailed us the recipes!!!

Informative and delicious your and cooking class - Wonderful tour and cooking class. We took this tour with our family of four including two kids aged 6 and 10. The tour started with a walk around the market where we visited various stalls and learned about different produce, spices, meats, etc. We then participated in a cooking class where we made several dishes. The pace was perfect. People took turns chopping, grating, frying and the chef explained the cooking technique and traditional origins of the recipes. Although this activity was not specifically geared towards kids, they accommodated them with ease and made it fun. The best part was that the food was delicious! Better than the same meals we had at restaurants.

Fun, Entertaining, Professional, Educational, Tasty - My wife and I had an incredible experience. Our chef and guide were both wonderful. The market was amazing and the cooking instruction and meal were top notch. We were disappointed that this amazing market advertised that it is open until 6 pm but when we returned at 4:30 most of the vendor stalls were closed with only the ones which served food or drink remaining open. I guess I will have to find my spices at another location lol. If you are in the area , would love a fun food experience and have the time you must give this experience a chance.

Great cooking class! - At the beginning we went with Sabrina to some stalls in the Triana market. There she told us a lot about the ingredients or specialties used, such as the Jamon Iberico. Then we went to the cooking school and prepared three courses together with Mary. Salmorejo, espinacas and a paella with chicken. The 3 1/2 hours went by like in a hurry and it tasted good too.
