unforgettable tanger - Traveling to Tangier from Seville was a trip that I enjoyed a lot, the services provided by Naturanda were excellent, during the trip we were accompanied by Ramon who was always very attentive with all those of the group and arriving in Tanger the local Guide Rashid made us feel at home which made us very enjoy knowing a little about this beautiful city.

Nice experience in Tanger - My experience in Tanger was very good with the local Guide Rashid who was always very attentive. However, Lola the Guide from Spain deserves 5 stars. She knew how to handle an emergency situation that came my way. I recommend Lola, Rashid and the driver who made the trip very pleasant.

A Long but Fun Day! - Overall it was a great experience packed with activities all in one day from Seville to Tangier and back! Only thing to point out is thar there was a Mosque visit mentioned however that was a very small mosque door and saw it only from the outside. I thought we would visit the Great Mosque of Tangier which would have been a more fulfilling experience. Also the cloth merchant and argan oil shop visit time should have been less and optional (not carried out like a class lecture). We would have liked to explore the shops atTangier souks more. The camel ride, view of the beach and Hercules Cave visit was excellent.

An “average” day in Tangier - The tour guides were fantastic, but I felt like the tour gave precious time to activities without benefits. For example, we visited Hercules cave. I think it wasn't worth it at all. Instead, I would like to spend more time riding by the seaside with the camels. The lunch, which was included, was a little bit simple. The tour operator took us to shops where they accepted credit cards, but the price difference between them and the street vendors was exaggerated. Even though you have to negotiate with everybody, I feel ripped off.

Wouldn’t recommend it and could have been better. - The van ride was not comfortable. The spice and weaving sales pitches were a waste of time. The bus tour in Morroco was good.

Good but could be much better - The tour itself was great but 48 people is far too many for a single group, which cut into the enjoyment a little and limited our time at some places. If this were run with half that number or less it could have been much tighter. I also question two sales pitches being part of the group (one for textiles, one for natural remedies). Not that they werent interesting but I'm not a huge fan of being made to sit through a presentation during what's meant to be a relaxing vacation.

Long tour day could've been better - Not so great tour, the tour guide Rachid was more concerned about bringing us to stores where he can make a commission out of the sales, rather than have better activities. Restaurant food was sub par, the band was adamant about getting tips from us after playing, I've had better Morrocan food in the United States, the restaurant was dirty. The Hercules Cave tour should be removed. It has no value except for the hawkers and scammers inside. The spice store needs to be removed from the tour too. It was a complete waste of time and was probably added for commission, and does not offer value to the tour participants. The Camel ride was too short for a bus load. I dont feel we got our moneys worth from this tour and offered little value and experience. We paid a lot for this only to be brought to places where it benefited the guide rather than the tourists. It's a loooong day too! We started at 730am and did not return till almost midnight. It's almost a 3 hour bus ride from Seville to Tarifa and another 1 hour ferry ride to Tangier. The only highlights of this tour are the camels and the Med Sea/ Atlantic Ocean marker. This tour could be better if some items were replaced with better sights.

Not recommended - We did not enjoy this trip. Several concerns : our local guide’s English was mediocre at best. He seemed more interested in moving things along rather than narrating. There was not much to see on the panoramic city tour. Tanger was just a series of standard low level tourist shops that could have been anywhere in the world. In addition the two promotional stops for woolens and one for spices were a waste of time leaving only 30 minute free time. Not worth the 2.5 hour bus ride plus an hour ferry ride

Bad organization, too much focused on selling the 'dumb tourists' stuff - They said I would be picked-up at 7 and to be there 6.45; the bus came only at 7.30 so it was quite a while waiting in the dark empty street. No one was at port of Tarifa to greet us so we had no idea who would give us our ferry tickets etc. The driver didn't know either and didn't speak any English. Someone in the group managed to call the provider and someone finally showed up to take us to the ferry, give us our tickets and further instructions. Ferry takes 1 hour. Guide in Tangier was ok, made sure no one got hassled or left behind. Camel ride is €2; it was the highlight of the trip. Cave was artificial. Drinks during the Moroccan lunch were not included, €1.5-3 non alcoholic. We visited a textile shop (more expensive than zouk) & a shop with oils; it felt like we were mostly there to get us to buy stuff. We were back at the ferry at 17.00. Others had booked the same tour starting from Tarifa for €85 thru Grupo Star. Bus Sevilla to Tarifa costs €25, so for €110 you could do the same tour instead of paying $ 250! Part of our group was at the end of the line waiting for immigration so even though we got out early we had to wait until everybody was in the bus to start the 2.5 hr drive back. Back in Sevilla at 23.00hr.

DON’T TAKE THIS TOUR - The most memorable part of the experience was the rude, disgusting, disrespectful piece of trash that was at the reception desk at Rastro St. 12A on August 24, 2024. Email stated 8:30 AM pick up at that location, at 8:25 the trash at the desk made it clear as flippant and rude a demeanour as she could muster that the driver has left 15 minutes before. Completely unhelpful. We had to press her for a solution. Irritated, her exasperation on full display, she decided to call the driver. We took a cab to the next pick up point. Our Spain side guide was an amateur. Unprepared and an obvious novice at communicating and controlling a crowd. The company added insult to injury by offering to pay my cab fare. Here is the great customer service, I had to take another cab to one of their offices to pick up reimbursement for my taxi fare!!! I declined their offer and they had a brilliant idea; they delivered the reimbursement to my hotel!!! Do yourself a favour, don’t take this tour!!!
