Fantastic Experience - You have two choices for seeing Kenai Fjords National Park, go to Exit Glacier and hike to see it or take a cruise and see more! It is worth every cent as you get to see many many glaciers, sealions, puffins, other birds, sea otters, and whales! We were able to witness a glacier calving (amazing) and Humpback Whales bubble net fishing! They serve you a light continental like breakfast and a lunch consisting of a wrap sandwich and chips. I highly suggest bringing your own food as the serving sizes are a bit small. I cannot remember the name of our captain, but he was great and the other staff were so conscientious to the guests helping them with bird identification, pointing out where the animals were when you were outside and trying your best to stay upright (how they stay so balanced is beyond me!) They hand out bags if you feel you might throw up and in my case they kept me supplied in ginger ale to keep me going (THANK YOU) Seeing whales is amazing but this cruise even lets you hear them as they lower a microphone into the water. There are tables inside of the boat to sit at; first come first served and a little snack bar where you can get souvenirs and other things to eat and drink. Loved it!

Beautiful with some foresight - I confirm that the tour itself is wonderful, as long as it is done in good weather conditions... otherwise you lose 3/4 of the landscape and you die of cold... Two things: bring your lunch!!! What they give you is quite inedible... Bring a power bank because on board there are no sockets x recharge the cell... with an 8-hour tour to make videos and photos you would need sockets... but on board there are no... Useful detail: if you do not have it you can rent binoculars on the ship, please contact the crew on board

Best experience of our whole road trip in Alaska. - Just when we thought our 15 day road trip of Alaska couldn’t get any better we were proved wrong. The Northwestern Fjord Tour was the highlight by far. We saw orca, fin whale, sea lions, porpoise, puffins, seals, otters, bald eagles and many other bird varieties. The glacier views surpassed any we had seen on our trip. The food provided was lovely. Captain Chris did an excellent commentary and good spotting of wildlife. Best day ever.

6 Stunden Ausflug - We took the six-hour boat trip. It is long enough. The boat takes you to a fjord where you can see a glacier at the end. I can absolutely recommend the tour. We saw lots of different birds as well as whales. The nature is breathtaking. A small lunch is served on the boat. Make sure you take warm clothes with you.

Wish I could do it again! - The bubble feeding by the whales was incredible. The thunderous cracking of the ice on the iceberg was also incredible. An amazing experience all around!

Excellenet once in a lifetime experience - It was the best experience. Captai Chris was very knowleadgeable and took good care of all of us in the boat. We were in the open seas but it was a smooth ride. The glacier experience was awesome and it made us in awe of God’s creation. Lastly, we were able to see a group of Humpback whales feeding.

A must do tour. Worth every penny! - Northwestern Fjord Tour is a must do! Captain Mark Lindstrom handled that boat like it was his baby. Even with strong wind at the glacier he drove with ease. He was so informative and passionate about his job. The amount of beautiful nature he brought us too was stunning. First a pair of sea otters then a smack of moon jellyfish, sea lions, tons of amazing birds, more sea lions floating on ice bergs, glaciers calving, fin whale, humpback whales eating, porpoise that looked like killer whales and more. The food was delicious and brought to where we were sitting. I am hard of hearing so I was so grateful that the speaker in the boat was loud and clear. Riley one of the boat hands was so kind and she helped my freind and I spit the wildlife and took the time to answer so many of our questions. I’ve traveled the world and never have I had a better tour than this one.

Enthralling, Insightful and great service to top! - Everything about this tour was incredible. Even though 8 hours seemed a lot at the start, time just seemed to vanish as we went through the cruise. The captain, <> we named him David Attenborough Jr. in our group because of how insightful and nuanced his narration was. It was an absolute delight. Of course sights on this cruise alone, we got to see Orcas, Fin whales, Humpback whales, Porpoises, Seals, and numerous birds including the infamous Puffin :D Then finally, the might Northwestern Glacier. You truly have to witness it in front of your eyes to appreciate the majesty of it. And it is a look back into time since that Ice was formed decades ago. Magic. The crew was also extremely friendly and service in general on the ship was excellent. 10/10 recommend!
