Once you make your reservation you will receive a confirmation email. On the day of travel you will receive a text message with your driver’s name, number, pickup location, vehicle description. Please verify that your number is correct on the reservation. We start our pickup time about 10-20 minutes prior to our scheduled leaving time. Once we have all of passengers it will take about 1.5 hours to get to your cruise terminal in Port Canaveral.

Unfortunately, due to a series of issues, we missed our flight. - We recently used Rapha Transportation booked through Viator to get from the port in Sanford to the airport on Sunday for our Allegiant flight to North Carolina. Unfortunately, due to a series of issues, we missed our flight.
This airline service does not fly from Florida to North Carolina daily, the next available flight was Thursday. This caused us to rent a van to drive home for 7 hours because some of our family had to report to work the next day. We booked this service 3 months in advance with ample time given to pick us up and transport us as a family to the airport. It was NOT communicated that we purchased a shared ride.
Rapha Transportation texted at 9:16 am stating the driver's name and contact number, saying that he would arrive by 11:45 am-12:15 pm and that the van's color was blue Ford. The driver texted us at 11:20 am stating that it was a concern for picking us up as a family of five and having enough room. He didn't arrive until 12:20 pm in a van whose color was grey. We left Terminal 6 and drove over to Terminal 10 to wait on 2 additional guests who were riding to a hotel. By now, it's 12:40 pm. It was an hour's drive from the Port, our flight boarded at 1:26 pm, and doors closed at 1:56 pm. We arrived at Sanford at 1:35 pm, Allegiant could not check our seven pieces of luggage (they were not carry-on bags) and therefore Rapha Transportation using Viator had us miss our flight.
I will NEVER recommend nor book services through Viator again. This was the worst costly experience since we've been cruising since 1990.
