DON'T BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE!!!! - DON'T BUY HERE!!!!!! WE BOOKED A 1 PM CABLE CAR RIDE! HAS ACCESS TO MERLION STATION AND THE ONE IN MOUNT FABER!!! THE ONE IN MOUNT FAVER WAS CLOSED BEACUSE OF MAINTENANCE AND WAS ADVISED TO GO TO MERLION STATION BY THE CABLE CAR STAFF. We where waiting fot the "tour operator" For hours.. They did not contact me and i've been contacting them from 11 a.m to 1 p.m and NO response from their end. I reported and asked for the full refund as we where not able to use the ticket because no ticket or QR code was sent to me directly on my whatsapp nor my email.. the staff at the merlion station cant give me our ticket beacuse it is a 3rd party. I have all the screen shot of the msgs and time line i sent towards the "tour operator". Were so disappointed!!! We waited for hours and no communication from them!!! We had to purchase new tickets so that we could ride that cable car! If only i could give this a negative rating i would!!! I received an email from them stating that "unfortunately they could not give us the refund because the "tour operator" said that we did not show uP ON TIME!" This is a big BS! I have the screen shots proving we where doing our best to contact them asking for our QR codes which the staff at the merlion station are asking!!! I will not stop untill i get our refund!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS HERE! WE WERE SCAMMED BY THIS! WE THOUGHT TRIP ADVISOR IS A BETTER CHOICE UNFORTUNATELY ITS NOT!!! NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT BUY HERE!!!
