- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Child seats are mandatory for all young passengers under 1.35m in height. There will be a surcharge of USD15.00 per child seat made payable via cash to the driver at the pickup location

An excellent service - Trish was lovely. We held her up on arrival at the airport but she was in constant contact with us and assisted us with lovely care and attitude. The same on the return trip to airport. Well done Trish

Great way to get to your hotel from airport - Our driver stayed in touch starting before we arrived via what’s app. The constant communication was great. We were in a brand new Mercedes SUV , couldn’t ask for more! Ask for Qamarul, he’s an excellent driver !

Poor pick up location instructions - Very poor instructions regarding g the pick up location. We were waiting for a long time not sure where to be picked up. Finally we received a call to tell us to wait at the information counter.

Unacceptable, driver no-show. - The booking was cancelled by your vendor with no warning. "No drivers available" for a confirmed, pre-paid reservation. Inexcusable.

Waste of time and money. October 2023 - Despite the fact that we had confirmed our arrival time, date and flight number on a number of occasions in the week leading to the expected meet and greet. The company responsible for the service, having confirmed all the details of our arrival, failed to send a driver to meet us. Don’t waste your time and money on this. You can book a large taxi at the airport, on arrival, for two thirds of the price.
