Definitely worth it - Did a last minute booking because I was not prepared for how big Shanghai was and was able to secure a private all day tour. Ryan, our tour guide, not only showed up early but had a driver ready to go. He took us to all the important spots on our list and answers all our questions. Zero language barrier. He even helped us order coffee and lunch. The ferry ride was a perfect way to see the city and talk about the history. Ryan definitely knew the city and provided insider tips to navigate the city. Highly recommend having him as your guide because he worked around our pace.

Kris is an amazing guide! - Kris is an amazing guide because goes above and beyond. He provides extensive information and doesn't rush you when visiting the sites. He went above and beyond by helping us order at the restaurant, taking us to Starbucks to make sure we have our afternoon pick-me-up, and he even helped us schedule a transfer to the train station to make sure we left safely. Although I only spent a day with Kris, by the end of the day, I felt like I knew him for a long time!

A great day in Shanghai - You definitely need more than 1 day to experience Shanghai but I had been here before and this time my 2 daughters came with me and they did not care about going to some tourist attractions so we decided to get a private tour to get the highlights of the city. Kris, our tour guide, was wonderful. We exchanged ideas where to go and what to experience. In addition, he gave me ideas where to go after the tour. His English is excellent so he was able to communicate easily with us. He was very engaging and was able to tell my daughters about all the trendy things to do and took us to many Instagrammable places for them to have pictures. We tried so many local food/snacks as Kris took us to trendy local spots.

Bonnie was outstanding. - Our family of 3 had a wonderful time in Shanghai. Bonnie was our extraordinary guide who went out of her way to provide excellent service and accommodate our groups requests. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Our 8 year old son Bodhi went to give Bonnie a hug at the end our trip. Strong recommendation!

Perfect day in Shanghai with Sophie Lee - Our tour guide, Sophie, took us around Shanghai. We visited the Shanghai Museum, the Bund, did a river cruise. In the afternoon, we visited the Jade Buddha, which was a very big and interesting temple. Afterwards, we visited Tianzifang, which is the French quarter. This was a very lively area with lots of art shops and boutiques. Sophie also helped us with souvenirs and navigating the food choices. All in all, it was a great day, which we enjoyed a lot. In one day, we were able to get a very good sense of Shanghai thanks to Sophie Lee. Highly recommend her and Travel China Guide.

Short stay in Shanghai - Had the pleasure of enjoying a short stay in Shanghai with our guide Sophie. She spoke excellent English and made sure every group member was taken care of, making sure we had opportunities for things such as bathroom breaks and explaining how to get around Shanghai. I also appreciated her perspective on how it is living in Shanghai today as a young professional.

Two Excellent days on a private tour. - Highly recommend Kris to any friends or family. We had the pleasure to have Kris as our private tour guide for 1 full day in Shanghai and 1 full day in Suzhou. Kris speaks excellent English and makes the day fun and informative. The drivers that Kris used had excellent vehicles and were perfectly coordinated. Both driver and Kris were always on time. Both restaurants for lunch were excellent that served local food in a comfortable, clean, air conditioned environment with a large selection of foods . Kris was a wealth of knowledge both from a technical background but also in helping us understand Chinese culture. Kris also helped us with other things we should do our own.

Great day in Shanghai - Our tour guide Martin was very knowledgable and helpful. He extended his stay till the end of the tour even though there was some confusion with the times by the agent. Martin did a great job explaining the sites we visited. A great day in Shanghai.

Our Trip in Shanghai - Ryen did an amazing job as our guide. He was able to Tell us a lot of interesting information about all the buildings and had also a lot of interesting facts about china. The Tour was very well planed and He gave us a lot of free time to Explore. We were able to take a lot of pictures and had an easy ride through the City. I would recomend this guide to everybody. The driver was also very reliable and we never had to wait more than five Minutes. We learned a lot about the Chinese history and a lot about the City of Shanghai.
