excellent advice from guide and nice tour - we arrived in Shangai coming from Xian in the night train. We only wanted to go to Zhujiajiao the next day (sunday) but Miki insisted that we should go on saturday. Very good advice. We had breakfast at the largest Starbucks in the world (expensive but worth the visit) and headed immediately to Zhujiajiao. The visit was smooth, very informative and with very little tourists, the town was almost left for ourselves. When we left (at about 12 pm) it was already crowded and if we had gone on Sunday, it would have been terrible. The town is very beautiful but small, with narrow streets and canals and it is most enjoyable to see it without crowds. In the afternoon we went to French Concession/Tianzifang (walking tour) and it was also very informative. Miki is an excellent guide and our group (we were 8) enjoyed the tour thanks to her suggestions and knowledge. Zhujiajiao is a nice detour from the neons of Shangai, is a piece of history nearby and Miki is a wonderful guide.
