Highly recommend Jenny for guided tours in China! - 1. Came across Jenny’s China Tours website while surfing online. Website is informative and booking a trip involves filling an online form. Steps are easy and straightforward.
2. Jenny responded very quickly and pre-trip arrangements were settled within a few days. Online payment was available for deposit and balance later on. It was efficient.
3. Local guide, Troy, and driver, Wang, were a great duo. They were always punctual and we had ample time at every attraction. Troy spoke fluent English and was knowledgeable about the places we visited. Local food recommendations were delicious. Had a wonderful time.
Highly recommend Jenny’s China Tours for families. Special thanks to Troy for his personalised service.

Best China Tour, flexible to our needs - Besides the Zhujiajiao water town, we also took 2days Beijing greatwall, summer palace and forbidden city tour with Jenny. Overall, we are very satisfied with the guides provided. Their service was amazing and beyond (Jesse helped us buy train tickets to other cities and Jason patiently helped my MIL walked at Great Wall and took great pics despite the freezing weather). Jenny's tour is highly recommended...

It was an amazing experience - I am very gratefull that finding Jenny's Shanghai Tour.
Our Guide Cathy was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, helpful person and make out day in Shanghai wonderfull. She organized great trip, delicious lunch and provided A lot of histori al and cultural commentary. And also communicate with Jenny were very easy. Inwould definetely recommend this tour to friends and Family.

Wonderful tourguide - Alice was a great guide! We went to the Shanghai Tower, South Bund Fabric Market and the watertown. She was so helpful! She helped me to translate and bargain. She was also able to tell me the history of the area, explain local delicacies. She made my first trip to China a positive one.

Amazing time in Shanghai - Jenny's Tours enhanced our 2 wonderful days there thanks to Kim our Tour Guide.
Very informative and professional. Pick up from Shanghai airport was seamless and we saw so much of Shanghai. I work in travel and would recommend this company to everyone!!

Jenny's tours in Shanghai simply the best!! - I am 78 years old and took my grandsons to China for a trip. Jenny's driver was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to our hotel
Our fabulous visit to Zhujiajiao Water Town and to the largest Starbucks in the world was wonderful. Our guide Celine was the best. She kept the boys entertained with stories of China and her childhood. The ride up the Shanghai tower was also a highlight for my grandsons. Thank you Jenny Tours for such a well organized and fun day!

Memorable day in Shanghai - I found this tour here on TripAdvisor so I wanted to share my experience. My family of four (incl two teenage daughters) had a wonderful day touring the Zhujiajiao Ancient Water town and downtown Shanghai with Peggy and our driver. Peggy is a real professional and I can't say enough about her skills and local knowledge. She is knowledgeable, articulate, and well traveled herself. She shared aspects of her life growing up in Shanghai which helped enhance our understanding of this great city. Peggy is very service oriented and made sure the pace of the tour was comfortable, that we saw things that interested us, that we had restroom stops, and plenty of water. With our excellent driver and comfortable Buick touring van we were able to cover a lot of territory very efficiently. We enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend the tour!

Absolutely AMAZING experience for this wheelchair user! - I recently traveled by myself in my power wheelchair to Shanghai. I knew my options for wheelchair accessible transportation would be limited, but since my small power wheelchair breaks apart and will fit into a vehicle, I emailed Jenny to see if I had any options for tours. She immediately replied that they would do everything they could to help me, and they went above and beyond all of my expectations! The driver easily picked me up out of my chair and carried me into and out of the minivan safely several times each day during my full day tours to Suzhou and Zhijiajiao. Susie was an absolutely fantastic tour guide, and I had so much fun with her during the two days we were together. They also provided amazing assistance for me at the airport for my transfers to and from the hotel, especially with Celine making sure I got checked in with no problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jenny’s Shanghai Tours, especially if you have mobility limitations!!!

Magnificent Day Touring with Lee - From the first moment, when I wrote to Jenny’s Shanghai Tours and received an email from her, I knew this was going to be a wonderful company to use when planning a tour. Every question was answered in detail and communication was outstanding. We were very blessed to have Lee for our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept us well informed every step of the way throughout the day. As the driver transported us from place to place, Lee would give us details and historical background on the places and things we would see. When we were at the various stops on the tour, Lee continued to give us further information and then talked individually to each person in our group, making sure to answer any questions we might have. He was great fun and very friendly....a wonderful person to be with to enjoy the sights! Our vehicle was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for eight. I would highly recommend an of the tours offered by Jenny’s Shanghai Tours. (We also did another day with Lee, doing a private full day authentic Shanghai highlights)

Bring your own umbrella before transport pick up. (Check weather in advanced) - Overall is great. Apple, she is friendly and informative tour guide, keep us entertained. She helped took many nice pictures. Luckily, we brought our own hotel umbrella before pick up. Transportation only have one big umbrella. Just a bit disappointed as it’s raining whole day.
