Excellent Francophone Guide in Shanghai - Our 24-hour stay in Shanghai was developed from scratch by Jenny. From the reception with private driver at the airport until the next day at the same airport always accompanied by the same driver.
Our Guide during the evening (river cruise) and all day the next day was Julie. Although she had never been to France, she was fluent in French. She is able to pass on her vast knowledge of China, both historically and artistically. Particularly attentive to our well-being and our health, Julie introduced us to the local gastronomy in typical but quality restaurants.
The short duration of our stay in Shanghai left us hungry and it is with pleasure that we will return to this city with the help of Jenny.

Best way to see Shanghai - I really enjoyed the tour. The guide was so nice and knowledgeable and took me to spots that I would've not found on my own. I recommend getting comfortable shoes and enjoy the day with the amazing/friendly guide.

An experience I will always treasure - This was such an amazing day! I was met by my guide, Peggy at my hotel where she discussed exactly what I wanted from the day. After that we headed out and visited the areas I wanted to see and some she suggested. She is a Shanghai local and so I learnt so much about the local way of life and customs from her. We discussed the history of Shanghai, both ancient and modern, and backed it up with experiences. This was really the highlight of my holiday! Thank you Peggy for sharing your knowledge, experience and company during a wonderful day in Shanghai!

Very engaging, and time efficient in 1 full day - Great experience with Peggy, everything was customized and time efficient seeing all the best highilights and interactive on history and culture. I learned a little and saw things from a perspective I could not have seen in a large tour.

Jenny’s Tours is the best. - Jenny’s tours was very communicative and very professional. Our tour guide, Apple, was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. The authentic lunch and tea experience was also very nice and gave us a touch of local culture. I highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful trip to Shanghai. - First time visiting Shanghai, China and book a day trip with Jenny Shanghai Tours. Their services were impressive. We were shown around and ensuring our tour is memorable. Despite a minor mistake, Jenny, Grace and Tao were wonderful and very helpful as well as informative. As we were under the weather due to the heat, we aren't able to book the trip to Suzhou with them on the weekends. We would definitely return with a different tour next.

10 out of 10 - Great tour! We had a quick family trip to Shanghai, once we booked this tour the communication from Jenny was amazing. We were able to make the day work around the sites we wanted to see and Jenny had great advice on things to see and do for our family. Apple our personal guide was amazing, would highly recommend, we ened up booking for a second day to see more and using Jennys tours when we had a day stop over in Haikou on the way home, next time we are in China Jennys will be out first point of contact to look at tours and book again!
