Excellent tour of Shanghai, with an Exceptional guide. - This is probably the best city tour I have taken in a long while. I am a frequent traveller and like to see cities with a guide. The tour included a private guide, private car with driver, lunch and entrance fees. I cannot recommend Nora, our guide, enough. She was exceptional. Her English, knowledge of Shanghai, etiquette and delivery of the tour were all perfect. This was one of two tours we took with Jennys tours, the other one being a half day tour to Zhujiaojiao- water town. Jennys planning for both the tours was excellent. The tours were good value for money, because of the quality of guide, car, driver and planning. The car was a tesla, absolutely clean. Thank you Nora, and Jenny. Will always remember this visit to Shanghai fondly.

BEST TRIP EVER! - Jenny's China/Shanghai Tours is the BEST!!! From the initial contact, to booking, to superb coordination, it was flawless even through two typhoons, our itinerary was perfected planned out with great communications and updates daily putting our safety first. Jenny paid close attention to details on each of our interests to come up with a fun filled itinerary that is truly memorable for two adults and two young adults with very different interests. The itinerary was very well thought out, combining leisure time with activities and not-to-be missed opportunities. We did four private tours, Xitang Water Town, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. To celebrate my daughter birthday, Troy even arranged a photo shoot in traditional clothing. She had a blast! Troy also gave us mini mooncakes to celebrate mid-autumn festival during our dinner by the river. The boat rides were beautiful from the sunset to breathtaking views. The tremendous beauty of the natural setting combined with the knowledge and expertise of our guides made for an unforgettable adventure. Our tour guides Troy and Kristy were extraordinary. They walked us through the long history of China with their excellent knowledge. We learned so much! Jenny, Troy and Kristy absolutely went to great lengths to provide us with experiences much beyond expectations and we cannot thank them enough. They are outstanding, informative and engaging. Let’s not forget about the food, it was delicious! Fried dumplings, steam dumplings, noodles, fishes, duck, eel, steamed pork belly, beef, beggars chicken, green tea leaf shrimp, desserts, etc. OH my gosh…our bellies were beyond satisfied even for my picky eater, son! You not only get delicious food, but also the history behind each province specialities. Fully immersive! Jenny checks in with us throughout the trip to see how we are all enjoying our tours. Jenny even surprised us with gifts for our birthdays and anniversary. Just, AMAZING! That is the kind of high level customer service you will be receiving. You are treated as a friend, not just another client. This is the best tour company we have traveled with. We would highly recommend Jenny’s China Tours to everyone wanting a fun, relaxed, stress free and personalized tours at an unbelievable and affordable price. Very organised comfortable and cooperative tour - The tour was very organised and comfortable. The highlight was our tour guide Peggy who just made our day so comfortable and something to cherish. We covered almost all main spots like the bund, Yu garden, Jade Budha, French concession, etc. The chauffeur and Peggy were both accommodating at the end of the tour as we stretched a bit more than hours promised. The car which was offered was also of great quality. Overall highly recommended , you will not regret. Enjoy your visit to this lovely city of Shanghai!

Amazing Private Tour - Shanghai, Suzhou, Zhouzhuang Ancient Water Town, and Xi’an - My wife and I had a total of four amazing private guided tour days arranged by Jenny’s Shanghai Tours. Two days in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Zhouzhuang – and another two days in Xi’an. Jenny was responsive, understanding, and accommodating in arranging customized itineraries to meet our interest, need, and schedule. Day 1-2: Our guide in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Zhouzhuang was Kristy Zhao. Kristy’s friendliness, attentiveness, and deep understanding & familiarities with the region made our trip run smoothly; this made our hot days and long-distance walks much more pleasant and less tiring. Kristy also made sure we were able to visit all the places we wanted to see and at the same time provided us with the in-depth history behind them. It made our visit much more interesting as we felt like we were living through a time capsule. Day 3-4: In Xi’an, we were guided by Sally Wang. Her knowledge of China’s history & familiarities with the region was impeccable. My recent interest in Chinese history had enticed me to read more books/articles about them – but now having visited Xi’an in person + Sally’s personalized guided tour, I learned so much more beyond my expectation. Sally was able to explain all the intricate historic events in detail in a way that made them interesting & easier to understand. Sally was also friendly, attentive, and has a deep understanding with this region. She also has great English communication skills. Although this is my 5th visit to China, I feel like I have just begun to know China after I have visited Xi’an. I would recommend anyone who want to visit China to also visit Xi’an. Kudos to Jenny and her team that made our visit to China pleasant, memorable, and meaningful. I will reach out to Jenny’s Shanghai Tours again for a future trip to China and certainly would love to have Kristy & Sally as our guides again.

Best Tour Experience in Shanghai!!! - It's our first time visiting Shanghai and was having troubles about it first. Luckily, Jenny's China Tours has been an incredible guide and welcoming agency for me and my mom. We had a great time touring shanghai even if only little time was allotted for the tour because of the 12-hour transit. Our tour guide Sir Troy has been great and overall made this experience much more memorable for the both of us. Me and my mom both enjoyed and learned a lot of things about the beauty of Shanghai's history, architecture, and culture. It was greatly guided and we had no problems during the tour. Ms. Jenny is also very accommodating and honestly answers all of our concerns and questions about the tour. We are more than grateful to have met Sir Troy, Sir Tao, and Ms. Jenny to guide our first trip to Shanghai. Their incredible services and hospitality encouraged us to visit soon again. Great for families. - Peggy was amazing. We first Zhujijio then Shanghai. We had kids with us and Peggy was very flexible with our itinerary. The car was very comfortable as well. Highly recommend.
