• Shanghai Museum of Sun Yat-sen’s Former Residence - This two-story European-style building was once the home of Sun Yat-sen, also known as Sun Wen, a pivotal figure in the Chinese democratic revolution, founder of the Republic of China, and a significant contributor to modern Chinese history.

Next, the tour will visit Jing’an Temple.

• Jing’an Temple - Located on West Nanjing Road in the bustling downtown area of Shanghai, Jing’an Temple is one of the city’s most renowned temples. It offers a peaceful retreat from the busy city life, where visitors can admire the exquisite paintings and calligraphy by the Eight Eccentric Painters of Yangzhou in the Exhibition Hall of Buddhist Relics. The tour will then move to Pudong to explore Shanghai’s financial district and visit the Shanghai World Financial Center.

• Pudong New Area - As a vibrant and modern district, Pudong is home to some of the most contemporary attractions, businesses, skyscrapers, and shopping centers, showcasing the latest in entertainment, technology, and fashion. The group will stroll along the Lujiazui Ring Bridge, an excellent spot for photographing skyscrapers.
• Shanghai World Financial Center - Situated in the heart of Lujiazui in Pudong, near the Shanghai Tower and Jin Mao Tower, the Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC) is currently the second tallest skyscraper in the city. Its unique design resembles a bottle opener, which is also its nickname. The center is a popular tourist attraction, featuring observation decks on the 94th, 97th, and 100th floors, with the 100th floor being the highest observatory in the world, offering glass-walled walkways.

The tour will then visit the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium to observe various aquatic creatures.

• Shanghai Ocean Aquarium - Located in the Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone in Pudong District, adjacent to the Oriental Pearl Tower and Jin Mao Tower, this is one of the largest ocean aquariums globally, featuring the world’s longest submarine viewing tunnel at 155 meters. The aquarium comprises two pyramid-shaped buildings: a main building and an annex. The main building is divided into various exhibition zones, including the China Zone, South America Zone, Australia Zone, Africa Zone, Southeast Asia Zone, Cold Water Zone, Polar Zone, Sea and Shore, Deep Ocean Zone, and Special Exhibitions. The exhibits feature over 300 species and 15,000 aquatic creatures, including rare fish and animals like poison dart frogs, jellyfish, moonfish, leafy sea dragons, and emperor penguins.

The tour will continue with a stroll along the Riverside Promenade, offering panoramic views of the Bund.
