Patient, Friendly and Knowledgeable - Our flight had us running late and it may have been our only night to do this tour, but Sammy and Charles were both very patient with our late arrival and modified our time together, accordingly. Sammy was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. I’m so glad we checked off my top two to-do’s for Shanghai: viewing the city lights from the river, and viewing the city from Shanghai Tower. Wonderful views!

VIP from beginning to end, and then some… - Taking a tour with Shirley is like going to visit an old friend you never knew you had… She takes the time to listen to what is important to you, is a wealth of knowledge, and really tries to get to know you while sharing all about her home, Shanghai. We had 2 tours already booked and were lucky enough to have Shirley for both tours ( we loved taking tours with Shirley so much we booked a custom tour for our last free day) it was VIP tour and we felt every bit of being treated like a VIP from beginning to end. Food choice was spot on, she took pictures for us (& pointed out good spots and time to take them too), let us know what was worth our time and energy to see, and most of all was always in a great mood and happy to be spending time with us.
Overall, well worth the money and I would even say a bargain given the over all experience. Car service is excellent, Sunny is very easy to deal with and very responsive, and with Shirley as your guide will make this tour a once in a lifetime experience!!!

Last minute perfection - Last minute tour and Roy and the Sunny team came through. Called at around 2pm to be picked up at 6 the same day and the whole thing was perfrctly planned Roy knee his history and I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Great way to see beauty of Shanghai at night. - Excellent experience! In Shanghai on business, we booked this for group of 4.
Sunny met us at hotel - promptly and with a smile.
We had a wonderful time - she is very knowledgeable about the city and speaks English fluently. We learned a lot.
Shanghai Tower - we had no wait to be zoomed up to floor 125. The exhibits leading to the elevators were really well done - similar to Burj Khalifa with comparisons to other towers around the world. Info about building construction, etc.
Dinner option - had a yummy dinner - family style before heading to river cruise.
Sunny's colleague, Roy, served as our escort for the cruise. For ladies - TIP - use the restroom at restaurant. One at dock - hole in the floor and no paper.
The cruise was beautiful and relaxing. You are seating in a VIP area at front of the boat - great sightlines. Shanghai at night was gorgeous and Roy was very informative about the buildings and story behind the history of the Bund and changes made to the waterfront to make it so nice.
Only regret I have is not seeing it all in daylight so I could compare to my pics of the buildings all lit up.

Amazing Shanghai night views - Shirley our wonderful guide. Shanghai’s night sky will blow you away. Made to feel incredibly special and treated to amazing views of Shanghai, always the best way to see a city is from a river. Loads of fun facts and the food afterwards was delicious definitely a must do trip and now crossed of our bucket list. But thank you to Shirley for sharing her insight about this incredible city.

The Best tour in the city - The Tour was great and funy, the guide Shely was super amable and considerate with us, the car was excellent, the dinner great chinesse food, the Shanghai tower a view fantastic and end the cruseir for the River was wantherfuld. We are very happy with the experience and recomend this tour a lot.
