Hop on hop off - Facilitates travel between different sites to visit. Clean and air-conditioned bus. Evening trip.

I recommend - We liked it! Our planes took a circuit over 2 days! It was nice and above all air conditioned upstairs.! We had trouble finding the first point to change our tickets

English narrative incomplete. - English sound track was incomplete. The safety announcement after each of the frequent bus stops interrupted narrative. We didn't get geographic sense of city other city on-off tours have given us.

It was alright - It’s a very peculiar experience to be listening to the narrator explain what it is you are seeing only to stop midway and never complete the conversation. I thought at first it was a blip, a one - off, but nope it just kept recurring and on different buses. Another annoyance is sitting parked up for long periods of time while the drivers go to the rest - room or smoke. This tour has three lines so treat it like a taxi to go slowly to key tourist spots and visit the markets as the real upside is it’s not expensive.

Good, but you have to be ready to be kicked out because the driver wants to go home! - I'm divided: +: there are buses regularly, there are several tours that are interesting, the fare is cheap, the reviews are in several languages. -: I found myself at the other end of town, absolutely not on the route of the bus I got on, because it was 8:30 p.m. and the driver disembarked everyone from the bus because he had to go home. Was this the announced end time of the circuit? Absolutely not! How do I know that? Probably not by the driver himself because none speak English. So a passer-by kindly agreed to board the bus to serve as a translator. So I found myself at 9pm looking for a taxi to take me back to my hotel...

Not a good bus tour company - The staff on the ground not very helpful at all. They only interested in getting you buying tickets. Once you got the tickets, they won’t bother to explain when you get confused where to go etc. The drivers are not friendly at all! They are not patient and totally regarded their job just driving nothing else.

Go somewhere else. - Go somewhere else. It was a train wreck from the beginning. I never actually stepped foot on the bus after dealing with the tour company and Viator. There are only 2 places to pick up the bus ticket. Apparently, once you scan the voucher to pick up the ticket, your 24 hours start, NOT FROM YOUR FIRST BUS RIDE, as it says on the Viator voucher instructions. This messed up my timetable. And the voucher didn't expire until 2 days later. I asked Viator for assistance since I didn't want to start the service yet and the tour company simply said the voucher was wrong (which is not my fault). Viator contacted the tour company. I should have received some response within 72 hours from either the tour company or Viator. It has been over that time and neither company has provided a response. I'm extremely disappointed with both companies. I have had great experiences with Viator, so I was surprised by the attitude I received by the second and third representatives (One ended the chat mid-conversation intentionally rudely, so I had to start another chat to finish getting the needed information.) If I could give a zero for this experience, I would.

Tour ok - do not buy from viator - DO NOT BUY FROM VIATOR - the bus tour itself is not a problem but accessing the QR code via viator is a problem. I spent 15 mins going back and forth with the customer support who just kept sending the tickets that was without the QR that the sales rep needed to scan to print off the tickets. When I kept explaining this to Viator, they refused to acknowledge the issue and were not willing to refund. The worst customer service - just buy direct from the sales rep - easier and quicker
