We explored parts of Shangai; the tea ceremony, boat trip and the private garderns was the highlights of the tour. - It was an amazing unforgettable experience. Our tourguide, Julie was thoughtful, experienced, kind and made sure we enjoyed each step of the way. She was extreamly helpful and looked after us while providing an unforgetable experience. We would defenitly recommend her to anyone. Thank you for the amazing trip, and thank you for helping us to create new memories.

One of the best highlights of my trip - I was in Shanghai for Mid-Autumn. Jenny warned me that traffic in and out of town will be heavier than usual. In discussion, she made it possible to start the tour a little earlier to minimize the time on the road. My guide, Ella was wonderful. Because this was a private tour, she was very flexible with the itinerary and allowed me to slowly meandered through the alleyways of Zhujiajiao and ask 1001 questions about things I have never seen before. Upon my request we even stopped to try a tang hulu (candied hawthorn on a stick.... just like the ones on costume dramas.) I was surprised that one of my favorite parts was touring the historical home. Unlike Yu Garden, in Shanghai, the house was full of beautiful antiques and I can view them up close. The garden and pond wasn't as big as Yu Garden, but it was way better maintained. The place felt more like walking though a lovely home than going through a museum. Ella was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I got to taste local specialties, like pearl clams with tofu and braised pork belly bound in bamboo leaves, while looking over one of the canals. This tour was definitely one of the highlights while visiting Shanghai.

Excellent Tour Guide - I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Shanghai. Lisa was a brilliant tour guide and took me all around the city. She was very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. I am a wheelchair user and Lisa made sure that everything was accessible for me. The Bund, the Old Town and People's Park were my favourite. Highly recommend this tour and would love to return to the city some day.

Worth Every Penny - Lisa Is a Wonderful Tour Guide - Lisa sent me a text within 30 minutes of booking to make sure we were in contact. She arrived on time with a very nice car and driver. Her English was excellent and she was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Chinese history and culture. We saw some fabulous places many of which you might not get on a regular tour. Lisa's cheerful disposition made my wife and I feel we were with a dear friend showing us around this wonderful city. 5 stars are too few - we had a wonderfully and would highly recommend.

Excellent tour leader - Lisa Zhang - We had a wonderful experience in Shanghai recently. Lisa, being our tour guide, did an excellent job. She is not only capable of speaking fluent English but she is also very knowledgeable. It's like all the info that we needed were at her fingertips. We spent 4 days with Lisa as our guide and we explored most of Shanghai's famous attractions and we also spent a day at Suzhou. I would highly recommend Lisa for those who wish to explore more about Shanghai and other nearby places. Thanks again Lisa and hope to visit your beautiful country again someday. Cheers.

Shanghai Tour - We enjoyed an excellent tour . Lisa was unavailable on the day but her replacement guide, Clair, was extremely knowledgeable , fun , punctual and had a great sense of humour. We had a great introduction to Shanghai. Lisa was fantastic with updates both in Australia and Shanghai. We booked an evening "Foodies Tour" with Lisa and could not have wished for a more varied, fun and informative time. Her knowledge of the cuisine and Shanghai history was fantastic . We would not hesitate to book with Lisa again as our time spent with both her and Clair were tremendous

A Very Educational Tour - Lisa is an excellent tour guide. She not only speaks very good english, she is also knowledgeable on the history of the places you are seeing. With this, you will have a deeper insight as to why the places you are visiting are significant. She is very amiable, courteous and would go out of her way to assist you in all your needs.

Excellent Guide and Cultural Liason - Perhaps the first thing we said to each other after our tour was "Wow, that woman knows her stuff!" We did a 9-5 tour. First to outlying 'water-town', Zhujiajiao. Fascinating area: old, and some new, and kinda cool, kinda touristy, nice food stalls and shopping amongst canals and bridges... And, an outstanding private residence, designed like a traditional Chinese garden, full of museum-quality things, quietly available to tourists for about 30RMB. Great for photographs. This was a blast - a morning speed course in Chinese history and culture! Then, back to Shanghai by 2pm for a quick bite in underground 'food-court' (common in lower levels of shopping centers), driving streets, walking around French Concession, shopping areas.. The gentleman driver was excellent too! Suggestion: If you have time/activity preferences (i.e. 'just an hour or 2 of walking around shoppings', or '3 hours max on museums', or 'show us places to return to for night photography') let Lisa know. It helps her to plan and keep you moving. She's a multitasker, and smart! Lisa's command of English is very good; she has worked as interpreter. She works full time in the travel business, with agencies and private tourists. She is at the top of my contact list if and when I return to China, as she is able to direct travelers to English speaking tour organizers and handlers - a necessity if traveling beyond a cosmopolitan city like Shanghai. Take care, Lisa!
