Wonderful service - Before the tour even started, Alana, the tour coordinator, got in contact with us to check if we had any particular requests and to make sure the tour was perfectly adapted to our requirements. This was extremely thoughtful and helpful and after a short discussion we moved the tour start 1 hour earlier to make sure we could visit the yujuan garden, effectively increasing the tour time by 1 hour without any extra charge. Our taxi driver, Miss Cheng, was on time and lovely. Our guide, Charlie, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tour was very interesting and well organised, with almost no waiting time inbetween activities. The food was lovely and there was more than enough to feed everyone despite some of us starving because of the jetlag. Beers were included. At the end we finished the day with a boat ride. The boat was crowded so the tour operator upgraded us to the VIP aera of the boat. This was a lovely touch to finish the day, the boat ride was wonderful and we now leave this place with beautiful pictures. The hotel pickup and drop-off was very important for us and we are glad they could provide it as our hotel was quite far out of town. 10/10, excellent day and excellent tour. Wonderful experience. We could have not experience as many things just by oursleves.

Wonderful day in Shangai - We enjoyed this trip very much. The car was air-conditioned and comfortable to ride in, with a pleasant driver, who took us between the attractions. Our guide - Ms. Berlin - was wonderful! She tailored the experience to our needs (we are an older couple), took good care of us (she provided us with hand disinfection, face masks and refreshments along the way) and talked about Shangai most engagingly and with deep knowledge. Very professional behaviour and great English! The food we had at a modern Chinese restaurant was delicious. Everything was well planned and ran smoothly. We heartily recommend this tour and Ms. Berlin as guide!

Good Overview of Shanghai - We enjoyed the day with our guide Wilson. He was very knowledgeable and his English easy to understand. It was also great to have a driver who could negotiate the crazy traffic. We highly recommend this tour and guide.

perfect afternoon in shanghai - We are very satisfied with our guide Mrs. Lang and also the dricer! the car with the glass roof was perfect to view shanghai during the transfers. Mrs Lang our guide was perfect in english and she explained us so much about amazing Shanghai We will never forget all the nice pleaces and this afternoon. for us Shanghai-tower was the highlight! Shanghai half day private tour - It is a very good tour for our first time in Shanghai, with our excellent guide Mary, we visited Yuyuan Market, old shanghai area , awesome view from Shanghai Tower, Hangpu River cruise and many more. Dinner was delicious too.
