- Tiger Hill - Also known as Surging Sea Hill, Tiger Hill is a large hillock covering about 3.5 acres and standing 118 feet tall. Climbing it reveals numerous historical sites, some dating back over 2,500 years to Suzhou’s founding. Despite its small size, the hill has a rich history. Suggested time: 1 hour.
- The Classical Gardens of Suzhou - These gardens represent the cultural and artistic essence of Chinese folk architecture. Visiting them helps understand why Suzhou is called ‘Paradise on Earth’. Suggested time: 1 hour.
- Pingjiang Road - The largest and best-preserved historical block in Suzhou, Pingjiang Road is a 1.6km-long narrow road along the old canal. Suggested time: 45 minutes.
- Suzhou Museum - Located next to the Humble Administrator’s Garden. Please bring your passport if you wish to visit. Suggested time: 45 minutes.
- Humble Administrator’s Garden - A World Cultural Heritage site and designated as one of the Cultural Relics of National Importance under State Protection, as well as a Special Tourist Attraction of China. Suggested time: 1 hour. Please bring your passport if you wish to visit.
- Jinji Lake - Symbolizing Suzhou as the “New Paradise on Earth,” Jinji Lake offers leisure activities and beautiful views. Suggested time: 30 minutes.
- Lion Forest Garden - One of the four most famous and representative ancient classical gardens in Suzhou. Suggested time: 45 minutes.
- The Lingering Garden - Known for its typical Qing style, exquisite halls, and diverse buildings, it was listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1997. Suggested time: 1 hour.
