Shanghai, as the economic hub of China, draws global visitors on a daily basis owing to its mesmerizing blend of historical and contemporary architecture. Today, we’ll unveil a unique Shanghai itinerary to you. The journey encompasses a visit to Shanghai’s Yu Garden, a gem amongst the city’s traditional gardens that was established in 1559 during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and carries a rich history of over 400 years. This will be followed by a shopping spree at the Yu market. Subsequently, you’ll be able to explore the 88th floor of the towering Jinmao Tower, standing tall at 420.5 meters (1,380 feet) – a notable landmark of Shanghai. The tour also includes a visit to the Jade Buddha Temple, a must-see destination in Shanghai which, as of the last report, houses 70 monks and was built in 1882 with a serenely captivating temple at its heart. The day will conclude with some leisure shopping at the renowned Nanjing Road and a photography session at the Bund area.
