A must for every Shanghai visitor - I was able to enter the tower without any problems with the QR code sent to me. The wait was very short. In the evening, there was a great view of the surrounding neighborhood, Bund and Oriental Pearl Tower. Likewise, you could take pictures very well in the dark!

Marvellous view at the top of Shanghai - It was the second time I went up on Shanghai Tower — first time was July 2023. But this time we had the chance to visit the Pendular as well. Shanghai Tower is the highest tower in Shanghai with the highest floor open to the public in the world and the world fastest high speed lift. The view is marvellous (with good weather). You can see most of Shanghai's most famous buildings in one sitting. We hadn't booked tickets beforehand but went to the ticket office at the tower itself and didn't have any problems. The Pendular and the story behind it was very interesting and worth a visit.

Spectacular view - This was the most exciting part of our staying in Shanghai. The view is spectacular!!! Do not live Shanghai without going up there!

Shanghai Tower: Must see! - Simply put: a MUST do! Brilliant in every way. So much to take in: we went mid- morning before the tourists, which was great. Excellent views of Shanghai. You should do the full tour, as the top part about the buildings ‘damper’ system and the internal light show with the Jade ornament is to be seen to be believed! A truly amazing morning seeing this building internally & externally. This can only be rated as 10/10.

Great views but not much... - Great views but not much else (unless you like machines dispensing candy floss). The tower wasn't very busy when I went, so I was free to roam. But there wasn't a great deal to do - comparable buildings provide more information about what you can see in each direction. This would be a great addition.

Scam charge me doble for nothing - This is a SCAM do not buy. Is half of the price once you get here and you don’t even have to do a Line or stick to the hours this “tour” gives you

Bad service - No chance to access the observation deck with the tickets provided. Very unclear message how to exchange a bar code to QR code. Finally managed to enter but it was after contacting the support center.
