For P/H (Port to Hotel)
The driver will greet you at the arrival hall’s pick-up area, holding a sign with your name. The complimentary waiting time is 2 hours. Afterward, the driver will transport you to the hotel. When booking the transfer service, please provide the pick-up name, pick-up time, ship name, and drop-off address.

For H/P (Hotel to Port)
The driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby with a sign displaying your name. When booking the transfer service, please provide the pick-up time, pick-up name, and ship name.

• If your pick-up/drop-off details change, you must update your booking immediately.
• Unless otherwise specified, one piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, it is your responsibility to pay for a taxi to transport your luggage.
