Amazing tour - My father and I went for a tour with the guide Annie, she was incredible, super attentive with us and very kind. The driver was excellent also. I totally recommend taking a tour with them.

A relaxing day trip - Sammi was amazing, she’s very fluent in English and ensures that my family and I had an enjoyable day trip to the zoo and Zhujiajiao water town. Sammi’s knowledge of the local cuisine, and had very interesting conversations from her personal experience of the upbringing with tradition and adaptation to modern Shanghai. Sammi provided recommendations of other attractions, and we have tried a few of them on our own with her clear instructions.

Excellent tour of Shanghai Zoo and the historic Water Town - I’d like to say a big ‘Thank you very much’ to Sunny Tours for organizing such a fabulous tour. My family and I would also like to say how much we appreciated our guide, Sammi, who was a delight!. She was very personable and friendly, speaks fantastic English, and was very involved with us and interested in giving us the best personalized experience, and she handled everything beautifully. We started from our hotel, Sammi was perfectly on time and we joined her in a spacious luxury vehicle to take us first to the Zoo, then again onto Water Town. On the journey Sammi gave us insights into the various buildings and architecture along the way, until we reached the zoo. Sammi took care of all of the administration and ticketing, and we felt cared for all the way. It was winter in Shanghai while we were there, and the zoo was very late in terms of visitors, so much so, that we felt like we were having a private tour of the zoo. Sammi was always ensuring that we went to the places that we wanted to see rather than it being a set tour, very personalized, which made us feel well looked after. We had an excellent experience there. We then traveled to the historic Water Town area, and Sammi also showed her care here, by ensuring we had access to Western style restrooms prior to us entering the town. A small, but very important point! We were guided extremely well through the town and another point to note was how personalized our tour was. For instance, we shared that we love cats, and later in the day, during our tour of the Watertown, she found us a cat café, so we could indulge ourselves there. Also, our family has various challenges with food, and Sammi was very careful to ensure the restaurant that we stopped at for lunchworked with us and she thenordered the most appropriate dishes and even some that were not on the menu to support us. The food was delicious by the way! Everything about the tour was beautifully handled, and Sammi has a great knowledge of Shanghai and gave us a really good insight into the city and its history. We rate her and Sunny Tours five stars and would absolutely recommend her and the tour company to anyone looking for an excellent experience in Shanghai.

Zoo and Water Town - Our trip to the zoo and the water town was fantastic. We enjoyed a lot living the culture. Our personal guide Annie was very detailed, accurate and helpful. We learned a lot!! 100% recommended!! We loved it!!

Visit to Shanghai zoo and Zhujiajiao - We had a wonderful trip to the Shanghai zoo and old water town. We had a 2 year old in tow and she was patient and amazing in accommodating him and still touring as much as we could. Her knowledge is top notch and customizable to what and how much you want. Recommend highly.

Better then expected all coz of Annie - It was a great trip . Anne our guide was wonderful and I recommend all to opt for her. She was friendly and informative and patient with kids… the whole trip was designed well…

Amazing experience. - We loved this tour. Seeing the pandas in China was a great experience. Water Town was amazing. We came on a cruise ship and had some timing challenges but Sunny was very helpful in navigating the timing issues and making this an amazing experience for us. Ken was our driver/tour guide and he was fantastic.

A couple of hours at the zoo to see giant panda before heading off to Zhujiajiao. - Excellent trip , picked up on time at hotel of choice and dropped back off. The guide Jun was superb, very knowledgable and polite. Jun was great company all day.
