This agency pleasantly surprised me 🤩 - This agency pleasantly surprised me 🤩 - I received a fair price for the Safari, and to my surprise, - I received a bonus of 2 nights' accommodation from the agency, both on arrival and on departure. - The guide was super professional, and Jackline from public relations helped me with everything, making me feel comfortable even though this was my first Safari.

Amazing experience - Mohamed did a great job communicating with our group during the safari and organizing transport, Covid tests, and all details of the experience. Our driver Joseph was the best. Great job explaining everything we saw. Was on time every day. He spotted wildlife we couldn’t see ourselves. Amazing elephant and lion siteings in Tangangire. The tree lions in lake Manyara are not to be missed. The most amazing place was the ngorongoro crater. Thousands of animals but the lions were the best.

Great experience! - One of the best experience we have ever had! We booked our safari with Mohammed by Whatsup - the communication was fast and easy. Mohammed is a great guy, very friendly and helpful. He took the best care of us in Arusha. The guides (Simba and Aaron) have a great knowledge of a wildlife. They did everything they could to spot animals for us. Food was very tasty and there was a plenty of it. The whole trip was perfectly organized. The best value for money! Anna

Challenging and unforgettable. - We took a three days safari trip. Seeing the wildlife in their natural habitat is really great experience which could have been even better if we took care of some details. During these three days, we spent approx. 24 hours in the van, either traveling from one place to the other. It is very important to rent a good car, with good suspension and air conditioning. The air conditioning is not going to help much, since the roof is open for watching the wildlife, but it is essential on the way back. Make sure the car is in good shape since we had two car problems which required us to leave the vehicle and stay on the road in the middle of the day. The people were very friendly and helpful. Our guide/driver was doing his best to fix the problem, even colleagues from other agencies stopped and helped. But we could have been much better without that experience. Altogether, it was challenging and unforgettable.

Excellent - Fantastic experience. From start to finish they were responsive, professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. The vehicle was comfortable and was worth the upgrade to the Land Cruiser. This was especially felt during our long drives (5hrs) between the parks. But also provided us the opportunity to see Tanzania outside of the tourism. Our guide Lucas was fun, respectful, and experienced. We would happily work with him again and recommend him to anyone. The accommodation was unforgettable. We saw 4 of the big 5 on our various drives. Including lion cubs and a hunt/kill. I genuinely believe we would not have seen all of these without Lucas. We were often the first car to arrive at an animal location.

I did a 3 day safari - I did a 3 day safari with 2 friends and we had an unbelievable time. It surpassed the expectations we had as far as the comfort of our housing and variety of wildlife. I couldn't believe the moments where we were surrounded by herds of elephants and water buffalo. There wasn't 1 safari trip we went on that we didn't come across wildlife. From comparing my safari experience to friends/family I've known who have done them it. Might have been most impressed with our guide as his knowledge of the land and animal behavior was impressive and I completely trusted him with my safety being out in the wilderness. All of the staff, food and accommodations were also amazing! Highly recommend them

Best value safari available - I came to Tanzania for work and had no concrete safari plans. While there I did extensive research and began communicating with several operators. Of all of them, Mohamed was the most attentive, always replying promptly and in detail. He was flexible and fair. I did the 3 day safari in Ngorongoro, Manyara, and Tarangire. The time of year meant I did not get to see hippo or rhino but I saw everything else, including an amazing scene of a lioness hunting and eating a warthog that will stay with me all my days. The accommodation is simple and comfortable. The packed lunches are packed lunches, but you will devour them. Guides are friendly and very knowledgable - ask them questions! Honestly this is the best value safari option in Arusha, made competitive thanks to the clever scheduling system they have in place.

My childhood dreams coming true - I was dreaming about going on a Safari since I was 6 and I saw the Lion King. My experience was exactly how I dreamt it, if possible even better. The parks are amazing, everything is perfectly planned and everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Mohamed and his team will take care of you :) Also a special thanks to Dennis, for the best gluten free pancake I ever had. Thanks for the awesome experience, I will always remember it and hopefully come back soon!

The most Organized Safari company with Knowledgeable tour guides - It was an absolutely amazing experience. I used Travel Africa Safari Agency to plan a trip with my college friends from the US. We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti. We also got to explore local dishes and music while at our lodge. Since I am originally from Tanzania, I have been to Safari trips before, but our tour Guide Gerald, knew amazingly detailed information about the animals and the places we were visiting. I felt that Gerald was really authentic and knowledgeable about animals and just general life in Tanzania. I am really glad that the planing was hustle free and they were excellent at making sure everybody had everything they needed before, during and after the trip. It was fantastic and I am looking forward to another trip very soon!

Despite problems and changes, it worked great - It is not easy to find Mohammed's office in Arusha, but people in the area already know the question and usually know where to go. Our guide Malliaki (hopefully spelled correctly) picked us up from our accommodation, although we still had problems with the payment, he was understanding and drove us back to the office before we set off. We stayed in the Figtree Lodge, the people, the staff and the food were great. The accommodation itself has seen better days. It was enough to sleep and shower but it was very marginal. During our tour we decided to extend our stay and Malliaki and Mohammed made sure that we could sleep another night in the Nongororo Crater. All in all, everything went well and we had really nice days and our guide was often the first to discover something or knew very quickly where to find something.
