Highlights
- Azizi Mangrove Tours - First, the guest will take a boat ride through the mangrove’s river. The first stop of the tour would be the Bat Cave where over there the guests will be given introduction about the mangrove. Then they will be taken into the cave to see the bats that would be hanging above of their head.
After that the guests will go back into the boat to be taken to the second stop, which would be the fish farm. at the fish farm, the guest will be given time to the toilet and kayaking equipment such as paddle, life vest, dry bag and drinking water. A demonstration also will be given before all the guests getting into their respective kayaks.
Once in the kayak, the guests will follows the guide into the mangrove forests will trying to spot the animals that are living there. At one point the guests will be taken to the eagle spot to witness the birds that represent the island. After about 2 hours of kayaking around then the group will started to paddling back to the fish farm.
The last stop would be the fish farm where they were earlier. After the guests finish with their washing and cloth-changing, they will be taken back to the jetty by boat where the trip will be ended.

Kayak through the mangroves - A really good small group kayak tour of the mangroves. We first went and saw the bat cave and fish farm on a boat, and then kayaked for roughly 2 hours. This tour is different than the others advertised because it is focused on eco tourism and maintaining the mangroves. The lunch was delicious and overall a really good day! Would definitely recommend this tour.

The highlight of our trip to Langkawi - The tour was very well organised. The driver picked us up from the hotel and even kept us updated via text message.
When we arrived we were greeted by our fantastic guides who immediately made us feel very comfortable. We then boarded a boat which took us to the bat caves. The information the guide gave us was very detailed and delivered in a very funny way. Next stop was the floating restaurant from where we boarded the kayaks after a quick briefing. The tour took us through some of the beautiful parts of the mangrove forest and we even saw lot of different species. The guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very fun with lots of stops for explanations. We then finished at the floating restaurant where we had lunch. They even considered various dietary restrictions.
Overall it was a fantastic experience we can recommend to everyone. It’s suitable for beginners of average fitness. Do make sure to bring sunscreen and insect repellent!

Nature lovers dream !! - I had an amazing time on this tour - I wish I could do it all over again!! Fauzan and Sham were brilliant guides, showing us the wildlife and nature in the area and answering any questions we had. We saw monitor lizards, kites, eagles, and fiddler crabs, just to name a few. They catered to all kayaking abilities while making the experience super fun - cracking jokes all the time !! They arranged a vegetarian meal for me upon my request, which was absolutely delicious and well needed after a few hours navigating the mangroves. I highly recommend booking with these guys !!

Brilliant and knowledgeable tour guides! - This tour was engaging, interesting and exciting with how much you get to see. The tour guides are incredibly funny and entertaining with their jokes and limericks. We saw a wide range of Malaysia’s animals and managed to spot a viper and dolphins as the guide took us deep into the mangroves. The only con to this tour is the lunch served at the end: the chicken fried rice isn’t fresh/lacks flavour and the tom yum soup had too much of a fishy flavour. Despite this, me and my husband highly recommend this tour and it is one of the best things to do in Langkawi!

Sham is the best - Our tour guide “Sham” was great, so friendly & funny. We really enjoyed our tour with him. Highly recommended.
One small drawback: the driver that picked us up kept talking religion the whole way till we reached our guide.

What a journey! - I had a good time kayaking in the mangrove forest. Spotted several types of unique birds, lizards and snakes very close in its natural habitat. It feels so peaceful and surreal navigating through the mangrove alleys. The journey was inspiring as the guide took their time to share his knowledge about the mangrove ecosystem thus making us immersed with nature. Very well planned tour :)

Nature in person - If you are a nature lover, this tour will give you the most direct first-person experience. We saw and we felt the mangrove forest ecosystem. Our guide Sham did his best to make it interesting and informative, but also smooth, funny and with a personal touch.
Very easy-going and organized, starting from initial communication, pick-up, the tour itself, lunch and return.
No mosquitoes, acceptable sun and humidity, most of the time in the shade. Some basic physical fitness needed.
Thanks team for showing us Langkawi "fauna&flora".

Amazing - This is a very goud tour to explore the mangrove but be sure to bring mosquitoe repellent and the weather is very humid
Otherwise we had an exceptional time, the tour guides were very nice and charismatic and knowledgeable.
The mangroove had a lot of interEsting species and plants
The lunch was good.

Great half day tour - The mangrove tour was really fun. We saw lots of animals and luckily we were in a small group because some of the kayaking got challenging. The tour is closer to 5 hours long so be aware of that when booking

Fawzan was incredible and so was this tour. - Such a fantastic trip, much better than initially expected. Fawzan our guide was great. He was entertaining, funny and very knowledgeable about the mangroves. Compared to the boat trip, you get to really get up close with the nature. The kayaking was fun and Fawzan explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend this trip to any one visiting Langkawi.
