Overall bad ‘safari’. (Quad guide was only good part of trip) - Had to pay extra because i’m solo - understandable, but then got a reduced offering - why?! Driver hassled me to pay extra for services which should have been included Driver disputed what was included in the tour Driver cut short dune bashing because he wanted to get home (guide wanted to continue - driver stopped him) Driver facetiming with family and driving with phone in hand most of drive home

Very bad desert experience- use OceanAir instead - My worst desert experience. My quad journey was rushed didn’t get the full hour. We had a buggy & a quad - the buggy had Bluetooth but because we we didn’t even get a chance to connect. The aggressive tour guide was driving so slowww it was so boring. The base point were full of people hassling to sell despite saying no several times. There was a guy who forced the bird on my hand and then forced me to take a picture with the it after I repeatably said no and then demanded payment after. They also bring you to very ugly locations to take pictures. I don’t recommend , if you’re looking for a good company I recommend OceanAir.

INSECURITY AND UNRELIABLE - If what you are looking for is reliability, it is not the right place, when we inquired about the services, the pick-up was going to be at 2-3 noon and the driver would contact us, contact us and indicate that he will arrive around 4:15 p.m. with a long delay with what has already been said, the surprise when picking us up is that we were not alone, but there were 4 people plus the driver, there were two of us and we were in the back in child seats, I am a person who measures 1.92 cm like this during 1 hour journey, they leave the companions since the buggy experience is somewhere else, and we go to 3 different places where they offered the buggy service since the driver did not know where it was, once we arrived, we found a unreliable office and the remaining amount to be paid with what has already been contracted they talk among themselves that it is very cheap, as if I had not understood them and not only that they offer me to pay in cash so as not to pay state taxes, they should know this so that they have some type of inspection, once the buggy experience was over we had a show and dinner added, we arrived at the venue and the food was in poor condition, causing my wife to feel unwell, we asked the driver that we want to return to the hotel due to my wife's physical discomfort , and he tells us that in 20 minutes we are leaving, 40 minutes pass and not only that, we have companions again, finding ourselves in the same situation. In addition, knowing that he is unwell, he leaves us last at the hotel, a very poor service, from the conduits to the promoters.
